Fun mini drone for kids or novice drone pilots. This drone is portable and great for traveling with its included case and being able to fold the propellers inwards to reduce the overall size. This drone comes with a nice pelican style carrying case, 2 batteries, 4 propeller guards along with 4 extra propellers, 3 AAA batteries for the remote control transmitter, charging cable for the batteries, and a mini screwdriver and wrench for replacing the propellers.
There are 3 different speed settings, the slowest setting is the easiest to fly, while the fastest setting lets the drone fly very fast. It supports headless flight mode and can do flips in any direction. The battery life was good with 15-20 minutes of flight time doing flips and flying at high speed. The Oviliee FPV app allows you to use the camera for realtime flight monitoring and recording photos/videos. The app can also be used as a controller for flying the drone and supports gyroscopic controls.
This drone is very lightweight and fragile yet it has managed to survive being flown into walls multiple times. The only damage suffered were some nicks to the propellers. My unit did have some drift, but your millage may vary. I was unable to use the controls to completely trim the drift to stay level. This just meant that I had to pay attention and be in control of the drone at all times to avoid colliding with obstacles. This drone was louder than other quadcopters I have used, this is most likely due to the smaller propellers spinning at a higher RPM to provide lift for the drone. The propeller guards prevent the propellers from folding inwards.
Overall, this is a good drone for kids or a first time flyer. The drone seems durable despite it’s fragile construction and the app provides additional functionality that the remote control transmitter is unable to take advantage of such as real-time viewing of the camera, recording photos/videos, and gyroscopic controls. I enjoyed chasing my dog around the house with this drone. The included accessories make this drone a good value, and it would make for a nice gift.

My 8 year old son loved this! Straight out of the box, it was very easy to get started and set up. The controls for flying took a couple minutes to get used to but nothing challenging. We were able to navigate, land, do some tricks like 360 front/back flips, which was a neat feature I didn’t know drones could do. It comes with two batteries so it’s perfect to use one while the other is charging.
As for the app and camera, it was a decent quality for its price. The app didn’t take long to set up. We use an iPhone. Probably configuring it over wifi was what took the most time for us as we’re not the best when it comes to anything related to internet or bluetooth devices. We were able to capture some nice photos and videos from a good height.
There’s also an emergency landing button in case of immediate stops. We tested this a few times and the drone itself was very durable to sustain and damage, though we didn’t fly it too high up just to be on the safe side. Highly recommend this product for beginners!

We returned this item. I bought it for my son for Christmas and sadly we had to return it. He was really disappointed. I only gave 1 star because it didn’t work properly. He would get it in the air and it wouldn’t hover in one place like it was supposed to. It would start drifting to the side and then when he went to correct it it would fly fast in the opposite direction and not stop until it hit something. My husband checked it out to see if maybe it was our sons error and it was not. He got it up in the air and it immediately started flying off fast to one side and he had to go look for it. I saw such great reviews, but this was not our experience. They wouldn’t exchange our item, but only return to get a refund. I ultimately ended up buying another product from a different company. Very dissatisfied with this product.

All the other drones I have tried were difficult or near impossible for me to operate. Landings were more often crashes and flying patterns or a course of some kind out of the question. After looking at the description and some of the reviews I decided to give this drone a try. To my surprise it arrived in a great case with room for the drone, batteries, cable and props. Was super easy to get up and running within 20 mins with very clear and simple instructions. Before I thought the problem was my reflexes were not what they used to be. Wrong. I can fly this drone inside or outside with no problems. It can take off and land on its own. You want videos and pictures? No problem. The coolest feature for me is being able to draw a flight plan and have it flown perfectly! Flight time is around 10 minutes per battery. Solid construction and engineering. Built better than expected for a drone at this price point. Its perfect for the beginner, but has features that advanced users will appreciate. If you are looking to get into flying drones don’t hesitate to give this one a try. You won’t be sorry.

It works well. It’s a little on the loud side. But it if hoovers over your head it makes for a great fan. LOL. if it bumps into something or falls you MUST wait a few minutes whiles it off to reset and reconnect to the wifi. SOMETIMES It resets quicker If you take the battery out,put it back in and manually reconnect the drone to the wifi on the app on your phone. You will still have to wait few minutes to reset. But not nearly at as long if you just let it reconnect and recalibrate by itself. Hope this helps.
