A normal calculator paired with an excellent writing pad. I prefer this one over an iPad with the Apple Pencil! The writing feel is much more normal and the feedback as the pen moves on the screen is as close to writing on paper as it can get.
Each “half” has its own battery so keep that in mind. The stylus is super slim and has its own holder on the outside (see pic). There’s a button to clear the screen of any writing.
The writing pad is also pressure sensitive! See the included pic. My “normal pressure” is the amount of pressure I use when I write normally.
Overall, really great and worth the price! This is a unique little calculator.

Originally, my goal was to find a more advanced calculator to learn how to use one more frequently, especially with everything going digital these days. Stumbling upon this gem, however, proved that I certainly needed something more, and this is certainly more than I would’ve expected at such a great price.
With various functions, a sleek design, and a spacious scratchpad, this product is the most powerful educational tool I own. This multi-purpose product comes in the size of an iPhone 12, which means no more equations filled out on more paper than you know how to deal with, no more having to purchase more pens, pencils, or refills for either or, and no more clutter from overloaded folders lying around.
The only downsides to its design are the soft buttons, lack of back-lit screens on both the LCD calculator display and the scratchpad itself, and the time it might take for you to read through the manual for proper use and functioning of this product. Even so, the manual is extremely insightful and guides you through every step with clear and concise instructions and imagery.
Overall, this product is perfect for anyone who is looking for an affordable, multi-purpose calculator, so if improving your grades while staying proficient and organized sounds like something you’d want to try, I would highly recommend it!

I was dubious looking at the clearly simulated screen image in the product description, because the other “boogie boards” I have are incapable of lines that thin. But I was curious, so I got one. And, to my surprise, the lines really are that thin. The tradeoff is that they’re not as bright, so you need to be in pretty good lighting to read the writing. Also, the stylus is a bit difficult to get out of its holder. Calculator part is a decent $10-12 level scientific calculator on its own.
