Well, I ordered the system and received within 3 days. Packaging and console all looked wonderful other than the fact that it is shipped in the sealed box itself so make sure someone is there if you don’t want anyone to see that you have an Xbox sitting on your porch. Upon arrival and setup everything was working wonderfully, and then I tried to play games the main function of the machine. No game that was in my library could make it more than 60 seconds without a green screen and a total crash. I tried resetting it and every other option I could think of from HDMI to visual settings. Needless to say, like a lot of other machines on the internet forums nothing worked. Amazon has promptly issued a replacement which should be here tomorrow. Now I’m not sure if this is a hardware issue from Microsoft but I am hoping. For right now I have a $450 brick so I am hoping everything works out and I will update. Update. So I have had the new system for a while now and everything is working great.

The package arrived earlier than anticipated and was in good condition. The box the Xbox came in was a little beat up but when I opened it everything was padded and packaged well. The console itself works like new and I’ve had 0 problems with it, worth the price.

Not very happy with my purchase in the least, straight out the box it would power on for 2 seconds then immediately die. Did plenty of troubleshooting to no avail before reaching out to customer support. Got transfered to 3 different people none of which would help me get a replacement ordered which is supposed to be part of the gaurentee and when I finally asked to talk to a supervisor the third person straight up told me they wouldn’t be able to help me with that either as it was a refurbished unit and could only be returned and refunded and supervisors could only do as much as the agent. Finally got a supervisor and in less than 2 minutes he had a replacement order in the system. New one will be here in 2 days(not happy about that either should’ve been next day) so we’ll see if that one even works. Very massive fail on Amazon’s side for quality control if they’ll send out a unit with a bad PSU, almost seems like they didn’t even bother to test it before wrapping it up and reselling it as ‘refurbished’. And even bigger fail on there customer service for not knowing there own gaurentees.
