Nothing’s sub-brand CMF is all set to launch its first smartphone subbed Nothing Phone 1 in India. It will be an affordable option that will compete with phones from OnePlus, Realme, Redmi, Motorola, and others. While we already know the phone’s release date, its specs were unknown. Now, however, ahead of its launch early next month, the company has revealed the processor inside the device. Additionally, the entire specs sheet of the device has been surfaced. Let’s start with specifications and the performance you can expect. CMF Phone 1 will certainly be a better-performing phone in the price range since it will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, which the company confirmed on X. Devices in the same range use Dimensity 7050, Snapdragon 695, and other chipsets.
Further, it will most likely come with a base 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will also be available with 8GB RAM and the same storage option. CMF will also provide a microSD card slot for additional storage of up to 2TB. Expect a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It will run on Android 14 OS out of the box.
The smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Interestingly, it may have an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device is expected to boast a 50MP dual camera system on the rear and a 16MP selfie snapper.
