It’s a good size for a plus sized lady. It fits my horrible office chair perfectly and is saving me from wicked tailbone and lower back pain that I experience in those chairs. It was a little pricey, but totally worth it. I spend 8-12 hours in a lousy chair at work and this cushion has made a huge difference to how I feel at the end of my shift. It has a nice thickness to it and the memory foam bounces back well without getting completely flattened like some other cushions I’ve tried. It helps relieve a good amount of pressure from my sciatic area and provides good support for under my butt. The curvature of the cushion helps the alignment of the hips and lower back so I can sit up with better posture while at my desk. I’m happy with it!

Long time back pain sufferer here… I’ve got a “collection” of seat cushions (eight so far…) but this one is far and away the most comfortable of any that I’ve tried over the years!! The contours are perfect, the foam cushion is firm enough to support, but not too firm as to be uncomfortable, and it doesn’t collapse under my weight like some that I’ve tried… Only downside is that it’s fairly pricey, even on sale, but sometimes it’s true that “you get what you pay for”! Keeping my back a little more comfortable is worth a few extra bucks! Oh… You should check the measurements… this cushion is larger than any other that I’ve tried and may not fit in some chairs… If it will fit in your chair, BUY IT, your back will thank you!

I can’t sit on the floor for 30 minutes w/o lasting aching pain. But with this lumbar pillow im able to sit at my desk about 9 to 10 hours and have no aches or issues. Definitely made well to alleviate pain

Just ordered today for Myself as kept getting pain in my butt while I was using my Old seat cushion, so far it is Great 🙂 the material is nice and comfortable and the cushion is the right size for my Gaming chair, i recommend this for you as it’s Great, my only concern is the shape of it, it dosent really fit me right it feels strange but I’ll get Used to it, it is a great Cushion I highly recommend.

For many years my tailbone,(very bottom tip of spine) would get agonizingly soar sitting for a long time in the office chair I use for my home PC. I can tell you that I have tried pretty much EVERY type of seat cushion out there to help relieve the pain. I’ve tried Obusform, memory foam, cool gell, even an expensive ROHO seat cushion with adjustable air cells. ALL supposed to relieve lower back pain. For me not one of them worked for very long. They would all compress and go out of shape, offering no padding or support at all! Just pain for using them. Then one day I came across this ad in Amazon for the: Benazcap X Large Memory Seat Cushion for Office Chair Ergonomic Cushions Butt Pillow for Pressure Relief Sciatica & Pain Relief Memory Foam for Long Sitting for Gaming Chair and Car Seat. (Quite a mouth full I know, that Butt Pillow part had me in stitches) 😛 In the more detailed description it said, it actually relieved TailBone Pain. That really got my attention!! 😀 What caught my eye was how exaggerated the shape and curves this seat design is? I saw how longer and wider that horseshoe style opening was at the back of the cushion. I also noticed that unlike all the other pain relief cushions, that this one came together and curved upwards at the very back right where my tailbone was. The only thing that bothered me was just how thin this cushion was in some places. I always thought that thicker was better right? I soon discovered this not always the case. If you look at this cushion, you will see it does a few things most cushions do not. This cushion is designed to correct your seating posture with a shape that supports your hips by gently pushing your legs together, causing you to sit up straight and your legs straight. The part of the cushion curves around the back, nicely cushions your Butt and holds you in place. Then the cushion rises just the right amount at the back, right where the tailbone is! I could hardly believe it! It applies the perfect amount of pressure on my tailbone. Something no other cushion before has ever done!! After two days I realized my back pain was gone! What a relief it is, finally!! 😀
I want to assure you that this is Not a paid endorsment. I bought this cushion with my Own Money. With no more expectations that this cushion would work any better than all the others. This was a surprise for me that exceeded my expectations! I don’t experience any of the other symptom’s this cushion is said to relieve, so I can’t say it will work for you. However because of the unique design of this cushion has, and the pain relief and comfort it has given me, makes me believe it might help you as well! As crazy as this sounds, I’m thinking of buying a couple more to have on hand incase this design is not available when or if this one wears out!

This has made a huge difference in my comfort level when I’m gaming or working on the computer! I used to have severe back and butt pain when sitting my office chair for long periods, but this has made a big difference. It is rather large, so make sure that you have a decently wide chair for this.

I’ve been using this cushion for a month now and so far I like it. I have it on my office chair which is an Arozzi Vernaza and unlike other cushions, this one actually fits the chair pretty well. It’s super comfy and doesn’t add a lot of height to the seat but it does add a couple inches.
The only thing I’d like to see is a couple of buckle straps to hold it in place a little better. Maybe one that wraps around the back of the chair to hold it to the back and one that wraps underneath to hold it down. Since my chair is like a bucket seat of a car, the cushion tends to shift a little bit when getting up and sitting down. If I had a flat chair, I probably wouldn’t have this problem but even if I did, the straps would help further keep it in place.
Nice comfy cushion that I’d recommend.

Unfortunately I had to return this due to it not working for the particular office chair for which I needed it (works best for flat chairs that don’t have hip padding). But I was sorry to have to return it because it’s good quality and would’ve worked well with a different chair.

Broke tail bone and tried this out for relief while healing. Product is made well but is a bit firm for this type of injury. Bought another brand that was soft foam and stacked it on top of this one. Together they worked well. Products in drug stores were too soft and not thick enough to use. Air filled “donuts” did not work
