First time in the many years Amazon does not pack the item as always in another Amazon box, protected with bubble wrap and just put the label on top of the box. It was smashed in all the corners and it was broken. It has been a time and the replacement has not even being shipped. It was a gift for my 13 years old grand daughter and she is so disapointed. So, I know it is not a bad machine, and my review is for the service! 😡

First, my maker arrived first with a broken footing requiring replacement. The second maker arrived with an indicator light that never turns on. I kept the second one anyway. This little donut maker does cook the base donut well using the included recipe. But, the toppings are what make the donuts delightful. The instructions involve using a plastic bag to pipe the batter into the wells. Unless you’re a pro, piping is a big waste of time as it is a big mess. Instead, just use a spoon to fill each well then move the batter around and off the center with a tooth pic. You’ll find you need to do this after the mess of piping anyway. The donuts are delicious and so cute after fully decorated, but without the added toppings, the plain donuts are not desirable.

This works great!!! My daughter loves donuts and this little machine does an amazing job to make a baking donuts. You can use a variety of batter s as well. I’ve used muffin mix, pancake mix, regular dough, etc.

I am becoming a mini Dash addict and this little gem fits right in. So far I have just used cake mix and I had to adjust my time (from 5 to 3 minutes) but so quick and easy. I haven’t bought a Dash toy yet that I haven’t liked.
