  1. javier

sin problema para hacer las palomitas!!!!!

  2. J. Korte

Works very well. Very few un-popped kernals (Orville Redenbacker) Much tastier and more economical than snack bags. Recommended.

This is so easy to use. Lost the directions. so I accessed them on the web. Just measure the corn in the lid up to the line, pour in pot, add butter or what I used, plant-based spread in the top and micro for about 3 minutes. Very few kernels in the bottom of the bowl, I like that. And the popped corn is not chewy, it is fresh and easy to chew unlike bagged micro corn. So easy peasy!!

  4. GWV

This is the best popcorn popper for your microwave! It’s easy to use and cleans well.

  5. KatMatt

I love popcorn but the microwave brands have so many extra chemicals in it and I’m reluctant it eat it often. This is so easy–works with no oil, easy to put butter in the lid and let it drip down and is just the right amount for one person!

  6. Material muito bom

Amei esse produto. Ótima qualidade. Super fácil de usar. Só ter cuidado pois é tão rápido que pode queimar a pipoca

  7. Ivy Reisner

This does not make a lot of popcorn. Think of it as single serving. It doesn’t even fill one of the small paper popcorn bags, but that’s fine. It pops quickly to make mulitple batches.

You’ll probably need two sets of times for this, the time for when it’s just popcorn and the time for when there is butter in the top section. The butter drops as the popcorn pops, which makes it distribure evenly, which is wonderful, but which pulls away some of the heat. In my microwave, it’s 2:30 just popcorn and 2:45 for popcorn with butter, to give you an idea. It’s not a huge difference, but if I don’t give those extra fifteen seconds, a lot of the kernals don’t pop.

That said, it’s really consistent, and once you have your two times, you can just reuse them, no issue. Even if you do two batches back to back, the time is the same.

It is critical that the turntable in the microwave actually be turning while you’re using this, or the best case is the popcorn just won’t pop. The instructions say it can damage that microwave. I lucked out, but ended up with a kettle of hot, unpopped kernals, save for two or three.

My only complaint about this is it makes buttered popcorn so quickly, so easily, and so well I’m probably eating more of it than I should.

  8. Fry7654

Easy to use, easy to clean. Tastes better than a bag of popcorn

  9. Renata

Produto prático e bonito. A alça emborrachada ajuda a retirar a jarra quente do micro-ondas. Tamanho ideal para a família.

  10. Ziqiri S. Barolli

This works great, my only complaint is too many unpopped kernels. But it’s quick and I love air popped popcorn.

I have wasted so much popcorn on this thing, the only way I can get acceptable results:

Ignore the butter tray, seriously. It will burn the popcorn.
Accept you will have about a 25% loss of popcorn. This thing absolutely can not pop more than like 75% before it starts burning the already popped kernels.
Microwave dependent, but don’t go for longer than about 3 minutes.

Sift out the kernels that didn’t have enough time to pop and make a second batch. Melt butter on the side and drizzle over.

We use “mushroom” popcorn. The name indicates the SIZE of the kernel not where it came from. Our microwave is a cheaper type of unit. 1100 watts and MOST IMPORTANTLY has a rotating platter. I mention that because so many reviews are negative in the use of this popper.

I have now used this new popper almost two dozen times and it has performed incredibly well. Each time I use it I get the same wonderful popping experience that I did before. I do understand the negative reviews and may even agree with a bunch of them. Here is what I’m doing every time I make a pot of corn.
    1. When using Mushroom Popcorn I allow the kernels to almost cover the bottom of the pot.
    2. I always put a good chunk of a stick of butter (3-4 Tbs.) in the lid and then I salt the heck out of the butter.
    3. I set the microwave for 3 minutes and I stand by until the popping slows to one pop every 2 seconds. NEVER STOP THE PROCESS!

We have NEVER had a bad batch of popcorn. It always looks like I put too much butter and salt on top of the lid but it has always been perfect. Excess butter and salt is distributed on the insides of the globe and if you decide that you want more salt on your popcorn then all you have to do is to swirl the popcorn inside of the globe. Soooo Yummy!

Last but not least! DO NOT clean by placing into a dishwasher. HAND WASH ONLY! Putting the popper in the dishwasher could allow other dishes to touch the globe and the pressure of the water in the dishwasher is powerful enough to just vibrate the popper against the pegs of the washer racks, causing the delicate glass rim of popper to crack and chip.
The popper is delicate and should be handled in that way. Carefully.

I am NOT disappointed in this little popper and with a little attention paid to the delicacy of my popper I expect it to last for a long long time.

NOTE: It’s been almost a year since the purchase. We continue to use the heck out of it. Average use has been 2-3 times a week or more since we received it. (We love popcorn) As of today 8-12-22 the popper is in good of as when new. Never have popped a bad batch of corn yet. We LOVE this popper.

2nd NOTE. Now at 3 years old and we still use it quite often and as of today it works as good as it did when brand new. I have noticed a tiny bit of fracturing around the plastic handle area due to repeated use. The unit does get really hot during the popping part and consequently is starting to show signs of cracking BUT ONLY on the plastic surfaces. The minor cracks do not weaken the unit or effect its popping. I’m just a little extra careful about grabbing it out of the microwave so quickly, by just the handle. I now use the handle and I also support the entire thing with a dish towel when removing it from the microwave. Even if the handle were to break off, I would still be able to use the popper, just with a potholder or something similar. I’m pretty stoked about this popper. ALWAYS PERFECTLY POPPED.
