the headset was great – the colours are lovely, the only down fall is the cable is not hard wearing for an 8yr old. the headset lasted 3 weeks, the end of the cable that goes into controller came away and left wires exposed so that is the reason why i have marked this item 2 stars – the safety of my son is my priority

I have this product for about a week now, using it as xbox one and PC gaming headset. It looks pretty great out of the box. It feels not too heavy but not too light either. The pull down extension part of the headphone doesn’t feel flimsy and the whole thing sits pretty nicely on my head. My head is a little big and the headphone just about covers everything nicely. It doesn’t reach down as far past the bottom of my ear as the official xbox one ones, but it does reach below my earlobes. The microphone extends out and feels solid, I am not worried about it potentially snapping at all. The light up for the USB looks good, but I don’t really use it cause I like to move around with the controller when on the xbox one. The audio output is great, I hear my friends and game audio clearly whether through xbox one or Skype. My friends reported the mic sounding a little low at first, but adjusting the mic settings on the xbox one resolved that pretty quickly. The cable range is pretty lenient though if you do want to have it light up while you play, looks like it can extend about 4 feet from where you plug it in. The noise canceling is really good, it actually makes it a little difficult to hear my own voice at times during the middle of a game. It is a little different than what I am used to and I have to remind myself to not shout and that I am already speaking at a proper volume. All in all I am pretty happy with this product so far since

Overall cheap attributes. The mic is not moveable so if you are a quiet talker you need to find a different head set. The head set feels cheaply made as if I drop it, it would shatter into pieces. There is not sound cancellation. It sounds like they took speakers out of a toy and put them in the head set, and it seems like they couldn’t decide wether they wanted them to be a USB or Wired headset so both wires are together giving you a rats nest all around you. The mic on/off switch unit is accompanied by a volume dial giving this a very heavy tug on the wire so if you plan to use it for long enough, the wire would get pulled out of the headphones for sure. There is actually pictures missing as well in the description. They don’t show you the usb, or the straight mic. The also don’t show you the module where the mic on/off switch is.

Overall I was not too satisfied with this headset and was going to return them. Before I returned them I left a review about this headset about everything I didn’t like. I didn’t end up sending the headset back because I gave them to a family member that was in need of a pair so I gave him the headset. The seller reached out to me regarding the review and was able to help me out. This new review is going to take into account what my family member thinks of this product from 3 months of use as well as my experience with the seller.
1. Appeal I give this a 3.5 out of 5 being that they are appealing to look at, they do feel on the cheap side. However, this is not all that bad for the price, so 3.5. One gold star.
2. Sound Quality Again, this is not a Bose headset so if that is what you are looking for, go buy Bose. For the price I bought these for and for what my family member uses them for (gaming) they do quite well, and he has given them a 4 out of 5. So for the price, I’ll give the head set a 4 out of 5 for that. One gold star.
3. Customer service I had written my first review in December of 2019. The seller did not get back to be until April of 2020. I realize that the Caronavirus did start showing up in China around the time I left the review so I will not be rating the speed of getting back to me due to this reason. I can say that the seller did offer to refund me or send me a new headset and was extremely pleasant to communicate with. For that I will give a 5 out of 5. I will give one gold star for customer service.

5. Overall Overall this headset is fairly descent for the price. I will be taking one gold star for the fact that there are some missing pictures of this product still and I am a big fan of transparency when it comes to knowing the product you are buying.

I bought this gaming headset as a gift for my teenage son to use with his Xbox. I was very satisfied upon first receiving them & having my son try them out because they looked exactly as pictured & seemed to function exactly as described. For me, as a mom of a teenage boy who seemed to have this magic power which made him capable of breaking any electronic device that he even looked at, I was most pleasantly surprised with the quality of the headset because it’s durability seemed to be even better than described & they have continued to function without issue since I bought them. Five stars!!

This headset was great for my 5 year old . It wasn’t cheaply made . The headset is adjustable to fit his head , and the microphone can be tucked in if he doesn’t want to use it. The only negative things I would have to say is the led lighting only works if you plug the USB wire into your Xbox , computer , etc . Which sucks cause my son would have to stay in one place in order for it to be lighting up. The next thing I would like to add is the sound quality isn’t the loudest. Even when it’s on high volume . Which is fine because for a 5 year old it doesn’t need to be extremely loud . But it’s loud enough to hear the game , any background noises like if he’s hearing out for other players in fortnight , music , etc unlike some low sound quality earphones. Overall it was worth purchasing ! 👍🏻

The sound quality is good, as well as the microphone. Perfect for games like CSGO or R6. You’re able to tell the direction of footsteps. It’s a very comfy fit and can be adjusted to fit everyone.

Bought these headphones almost a full year ago. The rainbow LED on the sides look very cool and it’s comfortable on my head. Audio quality is good, but not noise cancelling. The main issue that I am having now is that several friends I play with have recently reported that my mic cuts in and out while playing. Sometimes a full 2 minutes cannot be heard from me. I guess I get what I paid for because this headset is relatively inexpensive compared to others in the market. Do I regret this purchase? No. But would I buy again? Maybe, but only for moments if I am gaming by myself and don’t need to use the mic.

For the price it is really good, I bought this for FPS gaming ( pubg). You can really tell and locate the sound around you in game.Shots , footsteps, vehicles etc. the headset itself is really light comfortable to wear. Mic capture the sound very well.The light on the headset is easy to control, just simply plug into the usb port. Highly recommend.
