Well-made, but very poor design. Unexpected from GoPro themselves. The batteries fit very loose in the charger and have to be moved around a little to make contact so they will charge. I was very surprised, I expect something like this from a knock off, not from GoPro themselves.

So, Surprised to see it as picture quality, as this is BATTERIES. But the camera is fine (it is a action cam, you get what you get)
The Name brand batteries, carry a PREMIUM price. Perhaps a little high, given the availability of aftermarket chargers and batteries.
The charger design, is poor at best. The batteries just rest in it. Nothing to secure them, and no method for reasonable transport.
The batteries are good, the charger works. There are no problems. It just could have been SO MUCH better. TELESIN and maxcam both make great, options, and both are designed better.
I just wanted the name brand batteries, but the charger is lacking in all features.

You have to play with the batteries once they are in the charger to get the lights to light up letting you know they are actually charging. The enduro batteries that came with the charger don’t really fit it snugly or securely at all. The charger itself seems janky and cheap feeling like they slapped together the cheapest possible function without ever QA testing it to see how it works.

While I really like my GoPro Hero 11, the enduro batteries sure need regular charging. Since the batteries are relatively inexpensive it’s convenient to have a few as well as a charger capable of charging two batteries simultaneously. If you’ve got more than two just go ahead and get once of these dual chargers, it’s worth it.

The GoPro 11 batteries (this product), tend to last about 5-10% longer than the GoPro 10 batteries in my GoPro 10 camera.
