Phone sits in stand and charges without any problems. Two things you need to know: this comes with a cord (c-cord I think) that’s about 18 inches long. Not very long. And it doesn’t come with a charger, but since you probably already have a plug in charger this would not be a problem. I needed a multiplug to reach an outlet in the bedroom. So far the system is working fine.

The wireless cradle had no glitches once the cradle was installed. The light on the cradle was consistent with no blinking. The charge seems quite fast, our Samsung cell was always at 100% once finished charging. It was easy to position the cell on cradle to get side cradle light to be activated. We are definitely pleased with the quality of this appliance.

Just had to change my phone case because it had a magnet in the back that made the phone a bit further from the charger but although the charging is not fast, it does charge as described. I guess it seems slow because I tried the 45 W super fast wired charger before this wireless one. If you don’t need fast charging right away, use this charger so as to keep the phones charging pin safe.

Update 6/13/24 The seller saw my review and contacted me to offer a free replacement. I received the new unit in a few days and works perfectly. Back in business! Great product and great service.
I bought this charger in October 2023. It’s now May 2024 and the charger no longer works. I listen to music to help me sleep so the phone sits on its charger all night next to my bed so having the light on the side and something that charged consistently so my phone wasn’t dead in the morning were keys to buying this product. It worked awesome, until it didn’t. I tried taking the case off but it just randomly stops charging and I’m now waking up to find my phone out of juice. I’ve reverted back to my old charging stand with the flashing light on the front just so my phone doesn’t die overnight. My last stand with the flashing blue light on the front is still going strong after 3 years so this product should have lasted more than a few months!

I bought this charger for my desk at home. It is so handy to put my phone on the charger so I can always see the screen while I go about my day. It is versatile. I always know who is calling at a glance without having to pick the phone up. It can be used for zoom calls both upright or sideways without draining the battery and it takes up less space than laying my phone down flat. It has a light that indicates it is charging and it charges quickly when needed. This is a powerful little charger for a much better price than one I had bought previously!

I’ve been using this wireless charger for over a month and I’m very pleased with it. I appreciate that it sits upright, making it easy to use my phone while it charges. Although it’s not the fastest charger, it works reliably on both my iPhone 12 and Galaxy S20+, even with the cases on. It comes with its own charger cord and is lightweight. My son’s phone has a broken charging port, so we’ve been relying on wireless charging, and this charger has been a lifesaver. The indicator lights are a nice touch, showing when the device is charging. Overall, it serves its purpose well and we’re happy with it.

I’ve only had the charger for about 2 weeks after buying on a lightning deal. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t come with a charging block & it is noted to be 15W, not 20W, I was prepared for both. That said, I anticipated it being a bit slower charging for my Galaxy S23 Ultra than the fast charge Samsung stand up model it was replacing that took a crash after 7 years. So far, it has been working well, it does take about 2 hours for my phone to go from almost on life support to 100%, but I like that it is propped up, the green light indicator is on the side to not disturb me, and I can still easily use the phone while charging, if desired, with the lip holding tit in place either upright or sideways. The entire unit stays cool while in use. So far, so good. We’ll see how it goes. I have a back up “rapid charging” cable & block when this just won’t cut it, but I prefer wireless at the end of the day and for most frequent needs.
