I ordered this mouse MX 2S after lot of research and was throughly disappointed. Firstly the mouse was refurbrished with the rubber at the bottom being worn out, same thing even with replacement. Not sure if I was unlucky or company is dumping refurbrished items in India. Anyways, there are lot of cool features but i felt most of them are gimmicky. I purchased the mouse for its precision bluetooth and ergonomics, 100% for precision but ergonomics was bad. Below are pros and cons
Pros 1) Precision pointer doesn’t get stuck (in the one day I used it). 2) Has lot of gestures and cool features which are highly customizable. 3) Connects on bluetooth to my surface (which has only 1 USB port) 4) Mouse wheel is nice, love the infinite scroll.
Cons 1) Weight is heavy and felt lot of discomfort when using it to manover, there goes the ergonomics. 2) It was a refurbished product, even the replacement was same so finally had to return it.

Paid a premium price for this product but lasted just over an year. Why would we customers pay so much money for a product that don’t last must. My cheap Chinese mouse has been running great for almost 5 years now yet a branded and expensive product like Logitech Mx Master 2S has stopped working in just an year. Since it’s more than an year, no warranty either. Logitech rejected my repair request saying I am out of warranty. I see a lot of good reviews but my experience is disappointing. It would be a gamble if you buy this mouse in terms of quality as per my experience. Good luck !
Update 12/2022 I reached out to the customer service and they resolved the issue by sending me a replacement. So even though the initial product had issues, I am increasing the stars for the good customer service and their willingness to address and resolve the issue in customer’s favor.

The mouse is extremely well built, rugged and feels solid. But when paired with MacBook Pro the mouse stutters a lot. After researching on the internet I found that this is due to interference from wi-fi. A way to fix this is to change the macbook to use the 5ghz wi-fi, but this is quite a lengthy process and your modem too should support wi-fi on 5ghz band. Logitech says this is an issue to be fixed by Apple, while Apple claims otherwise. Just Google for MX Master stutter issue before buying the product. As of now am just using this with the unifying receiver.
If you are going to use this on a Windows device, just buy this, the product is great.

The product definitely looks used. (Don’t know if the pictures could show you the details). They are refurbished and sold to customers. This is not expected from the seller Appario Retail Private Ltd. Either they should sell them under the renewed category with lesser prices or they should sell unopened boxes.
ordered a replacement. Replacement is even bad that it is completely covered in dust and the usb charging cable is missing from the package. Not sure why the standards of the seller is declining. The mouse overall is a good one but one should make sure they are receiving a newer one rather a refurbished.

I recently purchased this computer mouse, as it has rave reviews, and I am extremely impressed with it. The mouse is highly customizable, with many different buttons that can be programmed to perform different actions. This makes it very easy to use and customize to my needs.
The mouse is also cross-device compatible, so I can use it with multiple devices without any issues. It was also very easy to set up, requiring only a few simple steps to get it up and running.
One of the things I love about this mouse is that it is ergonomic, so it is comfortable to use for long periods of time. However, I would not recommend leaving it on while being away from the computer for a long period of time, such as the weekend. This can cause the batteries to drain, and it is better to turn the mouse off when not in use.
Overall, I would give this mouse 5 stars. It is ergonomic, customizable, and easy to set up. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a high-quality computer mouse.

I decided to go for a top-of-the-line mouse since I spend so much time with one in my hand. This one is extremely comfortable — probably the most comfortable one I’ve ever used.
The real magic comes with the Logitech software. When used with this mouse you can customize EVERY button to function however you want. Additionally you can program each button to have a different function depending on the current software you are using. All these buttons also have tactile feeling.
Perfect mouse for productivity. Go for it.

I have owned the previous MX Master for over two years. It was amazing in pretty much every respect. Over time it got scratched up from being in my travel bag so when the new version came out, I jumped on it. I’ve had no regrets since. It’s everything the original version offered plus more.
The MX Master 2S is overall unchanged physically. Same button placement, same shape, same size. The only identifiable thing are the new colors. The previous black+bronze was nice but curious color choice – a bit steampunk if you ask me. The new color options, blue, white, and black on graphite (my choice) is a more traditional color for peripherals.
In terms of buttons, it’s the same as the previous model – two main buttons on top, scroll wheel that acts as a third button and a wheel lock button to freespin the wheel when you need it. The main two top buttons feel clickier or crisper than my previous mouse. I don’t know if Logitech changed the mechanism or my old mouse is just worn out. However the more tactile feel is a welcome change. The free spin button is something unique that I have not seen on any other mouse. Normally the wheel is a friction wheel offering bumpy tactile feel. This is useful for precise scrolling. When you click the center button, the mouse releases the friction of the mouse and allows it to free spin. This is immensely useful if you need to scroll quickly for large spreadsheets, documents, or webpages. I am a photographer and designer and having free spin is great for changing brush sizes, brush hardness, opacity, and other options in photo editing programs.
There is also a horizontal scroll wheel and two buttons on the thumb. Admittedly I barely ever use the thumb scroll but it’s a useful wheel to have to assign it to creative uses. The two forward and backward buttons unfortunately haven’t changed at all. Most people complained about the size and shape of these. It’s hard to touch-press them unless you’re very used to the mouse. This has not changed at all. These buttons really need to be larger.
Finally there is a hidden “gesture” button on thumb pad underneath the soft rubber. You push down to switch between windows in Windows 10. Alternatively you can assign this to something more useful. I almost never use it since I alt-tab everything. If you didn’t know this button was there you would probably miss it. It is well hidden and the press down is awkward. Either way, it’s an extra button you can use creatively.
Overall the mouse design is excellent. The size is perfect and the slightly slanted wedge design is great to save your wrists from carpal tunnel injury over long time use. This is SIGNIFICANTLY better than a traditional flat mouse (I’m looking at you Apple Magic Mouse). While it’s not a perfectly vertical mouse, it’s large enough for your hands to cup it naturally and pivot on your wrist bone for more precise movements with less pain.
My favorite feature is the multi-system switch button. On the bottom there is a button to switch between 3 systems. Previously there was a separate connect button that Logitech smartly did away with. Now there is just one button, press once to switch between 1, 2, or 3, and hold down to put the mouse in search/connect mode for a new device. This feature is simply amazing. I have a desktop, a laptop, and my fiance has a laptop. We all have each system assigned to a number. Simply one press will let you seamlessly switch between systems. There is no lag. There is no delay. There is no reconnect. Once you’ve paired it, you never have to do it again. The mouse works with Logitech’s universal dongle as well as bluetooth. Honestly bluetooth is all you ever really need. I have the dongle on my desktop and just use bluetooth on the two other laptops. This is by far the BEST FEATURE of this mouse. I don’t need to buy extra mice for other systems, I just take the same mouse with me.
The mouse also works on pretty much every surface I’ve tried it on. I have a black table and several mice have given up working on it. They work for a bit but loose their way. I’ve tried this on really dark furniture, mouse pads, and even glass. It takes all surfaces like a champ!
The second best feature is the battery. I have used other wireless mice such as Razr, other Logitech, and Apple. The batteries for these mice area lacking in battery life. Nothing is worse than working or playing a game and the battery dies mid-way. Typically those batteries last a few days at best. The MX Master 2S WILL LAST YOU WEEKS. I got mine two weeks ago and I still haven’t charged it since. If it does die, it will prompt you on screen and you can charge while you continue working.
Overall this is the best wireless mouse I’ve ever used. I would not hesitate to buy it. It is a bit pricey though, for good reason. If you can find it on sale, DEFINITELY buy! You won’t look back!

Hay 2 cosas que me dejaron con la boca abierta la entrega y el mause:
PRIMERO la ENTREGA me lo dejaron asta la puerta de mi casa a solo un dia de haberlo pedido, lo que me sorprende es que hallaron mi casa y es que vivo en un lugar donde hay un laberinto de calles sin nombre, cerradas y sin pavimentar, agregenle que la numeracion de las casas estan completamente desordenadas, tanto que los recibos de luz, internet, agua no llegan por que no encuentran mi domicilio incluso las pizzerias no entregan mis pedidos por esa razon, es mas ni Dios se ha de acordar que existe este lugar XD. Con decirles que me estaba preparando mentalmente para recibir instruciones para recojerlo en alguna paqueteria o algo asi pero Mis RESPETOS para el envio 10/10 me sorprendieron.
SEGUNDO el MAUSE es caro pero vale la pena SI te dedicas al modelado 3D, a la edicion de AUDIO , MUSICA o VIDEO como youtube, ¿POR QUE DIGO ESTO?
1º tiene un espacio de desplasamiento menor al de cualquier mause convencional es decir el puntero va a desplasarse por toda la pantalla sin la necesidad de que muevas mucho el mause perfecto para la edicion de VIDEO y 3D por que te puedes mover rapido en el entorno de trabajo y es que si ya llevas tiempo trabajando en un proyecto te hartas de estar alzando y bajando el mause para moverte en el programa que estes usando ademas que despues de un rato te duelen los ligamentos de debajo de la muñeca y este MAUSE queda PERFECTO por que puedes estar horas sin problemas ademas de que te vaz a mover mas rapido si mucho esfuerzo de la muñeca.
2º PRECISION me encanto el sensor que tiene, podrias poner un espejo debajo del mause y se va ha mover lo digo por ya lo hise dehecho lo prove en varias superficies y funciona perfecto se mueve como si tubieras un mausepad todo el tiempo, TE AMO MX MASTER
3º Los BOTONES no tiene los clasicos pushbotton que casi la mayoria de los equipos ya sean mause reproductores o lo que sea que use botones ya que pasado unos meses o menos ya no funcionan, este tiene unos de uso rudo ¿por que se esto? bueno por que en el manual decia que se le podia cambiar la bateria y lo desarme y ya entrados ahi me puse a revisarlo mejor por motivos cientificos ustedes saben XD.
La RUEDA del mause o SCROLL o como te guste llamarlo, este tiene un sensor de movimiento automatico que se puede desactivar y activar a tu antojo perfecta para el SONY VEGAS o BLENDER 3D por que vaz amplificar super rapido para ediciones minuciosas o tambien si tienes LISTAS de reproducciones y/o videos con muchos comentarios de YOUTUBE puedes pasarlos super rapido ya que si deslizas el scroll rapidamente este desastiva el arrastre para lo cual no hay la necesidad de estar dandole muchas vueltas a la ruedita.
LA RUEDA que esta cerca del PULGAR la razon por que compre el mause fue basicamente por esa ruedecilla me malviaje pensando en las cosas que podria hacer con esa ruedecilla, les explico pensaba que seria como un segundo SCROLL y creia que podia usarla para las lineas de tiempo del SONY VEGAS y el zoom del BLENDER pero resulto ser una barra de desplazamiento horizontal y por desgracia en la personalizacion no te da la opcion de de desplazamiento vertical *suspiro* u_u . PERO tiene una funcion que no me esperaba que realmente me ASOMBRO, para After Effects y Premiere te ayudan a desplazarte sobre la linea de tiempo y aqui viene la mejor parte para EDICION MUSICAL para desplazarte horizontalmente tenias que zoomear con el SCROLL moverte manualmente o como AUDACITY moverte con el SCROLL y zommear manualmente con esta ruedecilla puedes te ahorras todos esos movimientos te facilita la edicion (“zoomear palabra que me invente lo correcto seria amplificar”) en resumen si usas mucho After Effects, Premiere, Ableton o Audacity aqui la ruedita te va a servir muchisimo.
4º APARIENCIA que puedo decir es Grande, Gordo, Pesado y Negro es mas que obvio que fue hecho para VERDADEROS MACHOS XD
Para acabar LO UNICO MALO en este mause es su software de personalizacion primero no hay una version o paquetes para LINUX asi que tache y lo segundo si pensabas usarlo para GAMING temo romperte el corazon pero no podras personalizar los botones con comandos o teclas en especifico ya que el programa ya trae configuraciones preestablesidad que en lo personal me parecen INUTILES y realmente no te permite personalizarlo a tu gusto, igual y puedes jugar con el pero te quedara corto a diferecia de uno especializado para jugar, a lo que voy este mause fue hecho para trabajos de edicion 3D,Videos y musica si no eres alguien que edite por largos periodos de tiempo o hagas modelados quizas debas considerar otras opciones.
CONCLUSION Excelente envio, Mause pensado para trabajo artistico, Materiales de primera calidad en palabras humildes diria que ESTA BIEN CHINGON.
Te agradesco por tomarte el tiempo en leer mi opinion TE AMO <3 pero no mas que a este Mause XD

I love this mouse, Logitech’s bluetooth devices connect so smoothly (I use the MX Master Keyboard too), it feels nice and is easy to keep clean, the scroll wheel momentum is very satisfying and super helpful for editing video in programs like Adobe Premiere or zooming to the top or bottom of a webpage, the thumb scroll wheel is helpful for niche side-scrolling use, and it’s super nice to click the button on the bottom to switch between multiple workstations (I used to bring my mouse back and forth from home to my office). The only improvement that would be nice is making the clicking sound quieter. I feel I’m disturbing my roommates when I’m playing a game or doing work that requires a lot of clicking.

I’ve had gaming mice. I have had ergonomic mice. I have had the best and also the cheapest. I always come back to Logitech here are my reasons 1. Seemless installation, immediate use. it’s as simple as popping that USB dongle in my PC and done. Or opening Bluetooth on my laptop and connecting. 2. 3 system selection. I can have one mouse configured to 3 devices. this really helps when I am working on my PC, need to switch to my laptop and then over to my internet PC (to renew my connection). click the button and away we go. 3. Awesome software, immediate button mapping, speed settings and then forget it and go. 4. great finger and thumb support. I never end up with a numb or sore hand. 5. it’s great for gaming. 6. it’s awesome as both a wireless and connected mouse. 7. The price should sell anyone on buying this mouse. It runs gaming mice into the ground and is half the price of most of them. 8. easy to clean. 9, super long life battery. I recharge my mouse about once a week. sometimes longer. 10. recharges in 1 hour or less. 11. Cats are interested in it despite it being a mouse.

1º tiene un espacio de desplasamiento menor al de cualquier mause convencional es decir el puntero va a desplasarse por toda la pantalla sin la necesidad de que muevas mucho el mause perfecto para la edicion de VIDEO y 3D por que te puedes mover rapido en el entorno de trabajo y es que si ya llevas tiempo trabajando en un proyecto te hartas de estar alzando y bajando el mause para moverte en el programa que estes usando ademas que despues de un rato te duelen los ligamentos de debajo de la muñeca y este MAUSE queda PERFECTO por que puedes estar horas sin problemas ademas de que te vaz a mover mas rapido si mucho esfuerzo de la muñeca.
2º PRECISION me encanto el sensor que tiene, podrias poner un espejo debajo del mause y se va ha mover lo digo por ya lo hise dehecho lo prove en varias superficies y funciona perfecto se mueve como si tubieras un mausepad todo el tiempo, TE AMO MX MASTER
3º Los BOTONES no tiene los clasicos pushbotton que casi la mayoria de los equipos ya sean mause reproductores o lo que sea que use botones ya que pasado unos meses o menos ya no funcionan, este tiene unos de uso rudo ¿por que se esto? bueno por que en el manual decia que se le podia cambiar la bateria y lo desarme y ya entrados ahi me puse a revisarlo mejor por motivos cientificos ustedes saben XD.
La RUEDA del mause o SCROLL o como te guste llamarlo, este tiene un sensor de movimiento automatico que se puede desactivar y activar a tu antojo perfecta para el SONY VEGAS o BLENDER 3D por que vaz amplificar super rapido para ediciones minuciosas o tambien si tienes LISTAS de reproducciones y/o videos con muchos comentarios de YOUTUBE puedes pasarlos super rapido ya que si deslizas el scroll rapidamente este desastiva el arrastre para lo cual no hay la necesidad de estar dandole muchas vueltas a la ruedita.
LA RUEDA que esta cerca del PULGAR la razon por que compre el mause fue basicamente por esa ruedecilla me malviaje pensando en las cosas que podria hacer con esa ruedecilla, les explico pensaba que seria como un segundo SCROLL y creia que podia usarla para las lineas de tiempo del SONY VEGAS y el zoom del BLENDER pero resulto ser una barra de desplazamiento horizontal y por desgracia en la personalizacion no te da la opcion de de desplazamiento vertical *suspiro* u_u . PERO tiene una funcion que no me esperaba que realmente me ASOMBRO, para After Effects y Premiere te ayudan a desplazarte sobre la linea de tiempo y aqui viene la mejor parte para EDICION MUSICAL para desplazarte horizontalmente tenias que zoomear con el SCROLL moverte manualmente o como AUDACITY moverte con el SCROLL y zommear manualmente con esta ruedecilla puedes te ahorras todos esos movimientos te facilita la edicion (“zoomear palabra que me invente lo correcto seria amplificar”) en resumen si usas mucho After Effects, Premiere, Ableton o Audacity aqui la ruedita te va a servir muchisimo.
4º APARIENCIA que puedo decir es Grande, Gordo, Pesado y Negro es mas que obvio que fue hecho para VERDADEROS MACHOS XD
Para acabar LO UNICO MALO en este mause es su software de personalizacion primero no hay una version o paquetes para LINUX asi que tache y lo segundo si pensabas usarlo para GAMING temo romperte el corazon pero no podras personalizar los botones con comandos o teclas en especifico ya que el programa ya trae configuraciones preestablesidad que en lo personal me parecen INUTILES y realmente no te permite personalizarlo a tu gusto, igual y puedes jugar con el pero te quedara corto a diferecia de uno especializado para jugar, a lo que voy este mause fue hecho para trabajos de edicion 3D,Videos y musica si no eres alguien que edite por largos periodos de tiempo o hagas modelados quizas debas considerar otras opciones.
CONCLUSION Excelente envio, Mause pensado para trabajo artistico, Materiales de primera calidad en palabras humildes diria que ESTA BIEN CHINGON.

I love this mouse, Logitech’s bluetooth devices connect so smoothly (I use the MX Master Keyboard too), it feels nice and is easy to keep clean, the scroll wheel momentum is very satisfying and super helpful for editing video in programs like Adobe Premiere or zooming to the top or bottom of a webpage, the thumb scroll wheel is helpful for niche side-scrolling use, and it’s super nice to click the button on the bottom to switch between multiple workstations (I used to bring my mouse back and forth from home to my office).
The only improvement that would be nice is making the clicking sound quieter. I feel I’m disturbing my roommates when I’m playing a game or doing work that requires a lot of clicking.

I’ve had gaming mice. I have had ergonomic mice. I have had the best and also the cheapest.
I always come back to Logitech
here are my reasons
1. Seemless installation, immediate use. it’s as simple as popping that USB dongle in my PC and done. Or opening Bluetooth on my laptop and connecting.
2. 3 system selection. I can have one mouse configured to 3 devices. this really helps when I am working on my PC, need to switch to my laptop and then over to my internet PC (to renew my connection). click the button and away we go.
3. Awesome software, immediate button mapping, speed settings and then forget it and go.
4. great finger and thumb support. I never end up with a numb or sore hand.
5. it’s great for gaming.
6. it’s awesome as both a wireless and connected mouse.
7. The price should sell anyone on buying this mouse. It runs gaming mice into the ground and is half the price of most of them.
8. easy to clean.
9, super long life battery. I recharge my mouse about once a week. sometimes longer.
10. recharges in 1 hour or less.
11. Cats are interested in it despite it being a mouse.
