Great value phone. Works surprisingly well for how cheap it is.
Not a huge fan of some of the bloatware it comes with. If it were closer to stock android it’d get a full 5 stars.

I have hated almost every phone I have ever had. While I recognize the need to have a smartphone today, they are overpriced and underperforming and full of useless features that make them less useful and only look good on the spec sheet. That being said, I actually like this phone. It is not perfect. It has a little bit of lag and its camera does not compete with the average flagship model, but at $130, its value far outshines phones that are more expensive. I think what I really like about this phone is that it performs more than adequately and I don’t feel like I’m being fleeced by the manufacturer. If you are a conspicuous consumer, by all means give your hard earned money to Samsung or Apple or Google. If you want good value for your money though, give this phone a shot.

The customizing apps shapes, font and colors are better than Samsung b/c Samsung does not have this option. I been a Samsung user for 12 years. More apps can be on one page then Samsung which helps me organize better. I can access the split screen easier and faster. I dropped this cell twice on the screen (with a phone protector on) and I was very surprised that the screen didn’t crack. The Customizing apps is cool and different for someone using there cell phone all day. I would love to buy another Moto when it’s time to upgrade, which I thought I would never leave Samsung. This cell is to low of cost for it’s operating system. I would actually pay more for this cell because it’s great.

This phone will not charge, and I’ve used different cables/boxes and attempted troubleshooting. A phone that doesn’t charge is a huge waste of time and money. I’ve never had a phone that refuses to charge. It doesn’t make any sense.

I did like that this phone is close to what I had, so no learning curve. The sound is very good also. But it has been a big disappointment in the battery department. I have charged it several times, in 3 different ways to make sure it wasn’t something I was doing or my charging methods were bad. But it has performed the same in all 3 methods of charging. I did a test, started the charging process at 9am at 58% battery life, by 9pm it had only risen to 62%. That’s 12 hrs. of charging and it will not charge to 100%. Not sure how long this phone will last me.

Switched service providers, phone was locked to them. So we ordered this one in its place. Husband’s old phone was running android 10 , he now has the 13 version and he loves it. Very good battery life, it’s faster, the camera has more settings. ( I told him he needed an upgrade but as “they” u know men don’t like change and they refuse) Me being me I insisted, so here we are loving the phone he didn’t need or want .

I honestly need little more than a flip phone. This unlocked phone has all I need plus a camera. The camera is great for my needs (never done a selfie) and for the price the photo quality is great. Watching any video on a screen this small doesn’t work for me. Most of the time the phone is in my pocket. Battery life is very good for my needs. If you are looking for something simple this will work well.

I’m getting up there in age…the IT age has passed me by (I long for the days of Ma Bell) and as others have stated I’d be just fine with a flip phone. I had a budget Samsung smart phone before this, and I hated it. This phone was a replacement and I’m glad I made the purchase. Not too expensive, not too complicated with add-ons and accessories. Phone works well, texting too. Battery life is better than the Samsung…what more could you want for a plain jane vanilla, low cost phone…?
