Hey there! I’ve found the absolute best headset out there! My old headset, a RIG 800 LX, was awesome, but the volume dial broke, and I couldn’t turn down the volume. I tried out other brands, but nothing compared to the sound and comfort quality. I was worried about buying this one because I didn’t want to have any issues, but I’m so glad I did because it’s incredible! I still recommend it to all my friends, even though it’s small for my fat head. If you’re searching for an unbeatable sound-quality headset, this one is worth checking out! The USB instructions are a bit confusing, It works best to just plug it directly into whatever you’re “studying” on.

Crystal clear sound, wireless, adjustable head strap, adjustable mic, very comfortable and not heavy at all. I have not used the charging base since I really have no available outlet to plug it into, but plugging the usb cable directly into the headset charges it just fine. The battery lasts all day and I just plug it in to charge overnight.

There isn’t much to say about them the battery life is really good and the sound is good. The only problem I have had with it is it will sometimes disconnect when I’m right next to my laptop currently playing a game it doesn’t happen a lot but enough that it’s kinda annoying it might not be the headsets fault, but it is happening. If this is also happening to u the best way I have found to fix it is to either just tap the button so it checks its battery and connection or to turn it off and on again. I have had to restart my laptop once because nothing else was working.

My Rig 800 was dying. I bought the next incarnation. My fourth in four years. This one cannot detect my voice. On its own, I was annoyed. The fact that my sons and husband could talk into it and be heard just fine was the final straw! I’ve tested it, over and over, and the crap is canceling me or something. In game, be it discord or game chat, the mic has to be touching my face and I have to yell, just to get whisper loud. I’m done with Rig after having to go through sooooo many headsets. This one might be defective, but it’s not the first time I’ve had a defective headset from this brand and I’m just done.

I’d never heard of RIG before my wife bought me a wired set for my birthday. They were fantastic. The way these are designed, they keep the weight of the headset off of your head.. The only reason you know these are on is because of your ears. Sound quality, the environmental quality (eg. hear it left, you see it left when you turn left – Positioning, maybe? I dunno.. these are great for “positional hearing”)
I put the set my wife bought me on my seat and went to the bathroom.. came back, and sat on em and broke them.. I may have had a few beers.. So, I enjoyed the headset so I looked at current RIG offerings, and came across this wireless set.
Now, I’ve been thru the expensive ones, the “popular brand” ones.. and they were all crap. Batteries failed, didn’t last., no distance… whatever. So, I wrote off “wireless” headsets. BUT, with RIG, I was so impressed with the wired headset I sat on and broke, I saw this wireless set and decided to give it a go.
I’ve been a gamer since, literally, Pong. I have been in IT for over three decades.
I’m impressed.. from the quality of the sound, the quality of the Mic, the battery life… EVERYTHING. Still the same lightweight “band” that keeps the headset weight off your head..
You won’t be disappointed unless you get a unit that isn’t 100% functional from the factory like mine is… and lets face reality.. nothing is 100% in manufacturing.
I’ve not had to deal with returns, refunds, or replacement… just a happy old guy who was impressed with the quality for the price.
If you’re in the market and doing the due dilligence research… Like Nike Said… Just Do it. You won’t be disappointed.

I read a review that said “Just do it.” and they were totally correct. I wore a Tritton AX Pro for years and they were great but the technology was aged and the connection to modern consoles was trivial so I wanted to upgrade to wireless. I have an Xbox so I wanted the licensed ones to go for the immediate setup ease. To my surprise, these are also PC compatible if/when I decide to shift toward that. Comfort: superb, nearly can’t tell they’re on my head 5/5 Sound: great, Atmos has some tweaking of the surround qualities I wish were available at all times but the directional quality is still really good 4/5 Mic: no complaints, I’ve read reviews this is the first thing to go and I will keep my ears open but as of now 5/5
You really should consider these if you’re looking for a good set.
