First time I try a refurbished phone. But the price and phone capabilities were basically to good to be true… So I decided to go with the “excellent” option. There is not a scratch, dent or anything on this phone. It is immaculate, it’s new. Yes it comes in a generic white box and has a usb-c cable and the sim port ejector. No charger. But if you buy this phone new, it does not come with a charger anyway…. I inserted my sim card, powered on the phone, followed the on-screen direction and done… Even the OS was already updated to Android 12… I then used SmartSwitch and transferred my data to the new phone. Done. Everything works!! We did have an issue with delivery, but that was a Canada Post problem and the supplier resolved the issues right away. Excellent phone, excellent supplier!! I would buy again from this supplier without thinking twice!!

Como muchos yo tambien estaba temeroso de comprar este telefono pero fue todo un acierto, el equipo llegó en tiempo, en condiciones impecables, en estética no parece que sea remanufacturado y después de un mes de uso no me ha dado ningún problema, llega con cables genéricos y libre de fabrica, no tiene adaptaciones de ninguna compañía telefónica, eso sin duda fue un plus para mi.

Getting a refurbished product was worth it! The quality was great, no issue. To be honest I bought it only to trade-in for a bigger credit but I used it for about a week and I have to say that it was almost the same as buying a brand new phone!

The S21+ blows the doors off of the S22 (based on this used S21+ compared to a new S22). If you’re trying to decide, the S21+ is less expensive than the S22, and has a significantly better battery. Everything else about it is the same (but for the obvious size difference). As to the fingerprint reader they have on all their phones starting with the S10 models… !@&%!. Ridiculously awkward, unreliable, slow, etc… Absolutely ridiculous concept that barely works, yet they (and most other companies), have doubled down on it and ignored the mountains of complaints about its uselessness…. Samsung still makes the best phones.

My phone arrived in pretty much perfect condition. It was on time. It works well. My battery life has been great. My only complaint is that the seller sent me my Samsung phone with an iPhone charger. I upgraded from another Samsung so I did have a charger that worked and was not inconvenienced, so I’m not docking a star for that. However, it’s something the seller should take note of because not everyone may have a charger that works on hand like I did.

La verdad quede encantado con el rendimiento del celular, y mas aun por el precio, no era usuario de samsung, sin embargo todas las funcionabilidades y soporte que cuenta la misma marca ayudan a mejorar la experiencia del celular. El unico “defecto” seria la bateria, obviamente porque es reacondicionado y debido a que tiene una gran demanda de bateria por su pantalla, por lo que yo recomiendo utilizar el ahorro de bateria (aunque se reduzcan ciertas acciones) y comprar el cargador original de 25w, debido a que el que viene en la caja carga mas lento y esto mejora aun mejor el producto

Tenía mis dudas de si el equipo iba a llegar en buenas condiciones por ser un equipo reacondicionado, la verdad es que llegó casi impecable y ya llevo 1 mes usandolo y hasta ahorita funciona al 100%, le doy calificación de 9 a 9.5 por qué venías con ligeros desgastes de la tapa trasera.
Cómo consejo para comprar artículos reacondicionados, siempre lean las descripciones que tiene el equipo y también lean los comentarios de las personas que ya lo compraron.
