I needed a new phone bad my old samsung was 4 years old and starting to not really hold a charge for more than a few hours that’s when after a lot of surching and looking at update availability for os I decided on this phone it took a few days to find the one I decided was a fit but it arrived fast and worked right out of the box I have had this phone now for a good while and can only say good things about it love the screen size sound quality is excellent camera quality excellent battery life is all day no problem

The packaging looked very strange, it came with a Chinese wireless charger that does not work. The cell phone, meanwhile has problems with the camera (low quality) and its battery, which in 24 hours I had to charge it 3 times, since it does not last more than 8 hours with NORMAL use.

Make sure you buy a phone with the correct model numbers and letters. Spectrum Mobile does not accept this model number, the 918-B, even though they will take a Ultra S23 5g with the 918-U designation. Total waste of time and money that could have been avoided if the description was accurate. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL CARRIERS EVEN THOUGH IT IS UNLOCKED, is what the description should read.
