Reliance Jio has hiked its tariffs for recharge plans in the country. The price hike affects, monthly, quarterly, annual, and even the add-on plans. While prepaid plans are the affected ones, select postpaid plan prices have also surged. It is worth noting that Jio now offers unlimited 5G data on all 2GB/day and above plans.
In addition to the price hike announcement, the company also launched two of its new services called JioSafe (a secure communication and file transfer app) and JioTranslate (an AI-powered translation app).
