I disliked the way the product was packaged. It had live water bugs in it and also the cord that is used to send electricity to the PS4 didn’t work so I’m very disappointed I was told that this product was examined and that it was good for resale whoever examined this product did not do a very good job I would not recommend or I will not be buying anything refurbished or like new ever again.

Console was in MINt condition. Amazon packed, and packed to perfection you definitely do not have to worry about receiving damaged goods. Controller was not only fully charged, but came with a delightfully long enough cord to sit on the couch and charge the controller when need be all while still playing.
