I bought this because I needed something simple. I don’t play games, I just do my work on it. I love the Microsoft office 365 6 months free and this is not a touchscreen which was fine with me. Very lightweight and has the option to turn to night mode if needed to help your eyes. I know the reviews weren’t’ great but I use it for basic things and it gets the job done for me.

Just got it and turned it on. As i was setting it up MS 365 said its included in laptop then got stuck on a blue screen. Thought it was setting up in the background but after a whole day of waiting, nothing happened. Still stuck on a blue screen.

I loved this laptop when I first bought. It was so cute and lightweight. Loved the pink color, reminded me of a Macbook I used to have. It didn’t have a number keypad, but that was ok. I was looking for something easy to carry as I occasionally work from home. It worked amazing until a couple of weeks in when the caps lock began to stick. I had read one other review about this issue but chalked it up to a random one-off issue. Unfortunately, it also happened to me. The caps lock would turn itself on and off on its own and the real problem began when it would get stuck in caps lock and I couldn’t even type any numeric keys, as it would only type the special characters above the numbers. I had to return this, sadly, since I work as a bookkeeper and it’s crucial that I can type numbers.

I have been able to do so much with this laptop. Sure storage capacity is small, and I knew that it could fill up fast. So I am storing everything on flash drives. Don’t really need the storage on the computer for what I’m doing with it
