The main reason I wanted to write this review is to talk about the charger that comes with this computer. I legit thought I had been given a faulty charger for the first few days because it did not seem to want to stay plugged into the port. I tried finangling it and pushing it in hard and it did not seem to want to stay in. Finally one day I just randomly got it. You have to push it in HARD, like past what you would expect.
I swear I am not stupid and I’m not new to technology. This is the fourth laptop I’ve ever had and I just built my own PC. The charger is just poorly designed and genuinely comes across as faulty at first. I found no warnings of this in the reviews for this computer so I figured I should provide one.
Aside from the charger, this laptop is treating me fairly well so far. I mainly use mine for work and casual use like watching videos or streaming. I do want to mention that I was under the impression that this model had a backlit keyboard but mine does not light up whatsoever…so I’m not sure what that’s about.

I have found this laptop to be quite efficient. I have no problem doing what I need doing. There is only two things that I have a problem with is that in the description it stated the the keyboards lights up (NO) and it’s difficult to find a protective cover for this laptop. I have tried ordering one with the laptop info the cover is either too big or not available. The laptop itself is wonderful.

Got this computer because my last one crashed. Was probably too hasty buying this one, but it’s hard to do research without your computer. My last computer was an Acer that I had for five years and loved. This one has a different keyboard. It is not lighted (last one was), this feature is important to me . The 10-key number pad has been changed. Numbers are smaller, closer together, and 0 button is much smaller than before. It is basically unusable for 10-key. Not a huge deal for me, but irritating. Either do it right or eliminate it altogether. Bottom line it is a good basic model for the price, but I miss my upgrades.

My other laptop for home use was almost toast so purchased this one at a great price for my area of searches. It’s great for me, a retired senior, and answers all my needs. Still working on moving over data which is slowed only because I’m “house cleaning” as I go.

The biggest issues I have are that Microsoft has decided to ruin the Windows experience. You have to jump through hoops to install non-Windows Store programs and they REALLY want you to have a Microsoft account to do anything unless you know what you’re doing and work around.
The hardware itself is fine for the price. You won’t be doing any serious gaming and what you do play on it will be at lower settings. As a simple work device you’ll find this suits the needs for students and people who want to casually use their device. Not great for gaming, not great for video editing, and not great for any intensive programs but if you needed that you wouldn’t be looking at this model.

Tiene un rendimiento muy muy bueno, no se ha trabado para absolutamente nada, ahora quien se ha quedado lento es mi internet jaja, su calidad en todo sentido es excelente, lo que no me agrada del todo es su cargador, pero, sin duda es lo mejor para el precio, sobretodo aquí en México que para ese precio te ofrecen laptops con calidad horrible, de verdad que la volvería a encargar de nuevo, no se calienta, estéticamente es preciosa, su procesador es de lo mejores, la memoria sí que no es grande pero a la vez siento que está bien para que el procesador pueda rendir de la mejor manera, igual ya existen los discos duros, así que no hay pierde, si quieren algo de excelente calidad, estéticamente precioso y con un precio bajo, es la mejor opción ya que cuenta con prácticamente todo lo necesario casi para hacer cualquier cosa, no tuve tampoco ningún problema con el envío ni nada, la trajeron de Estados Unidos a México y todo muy bien (dato: la cámara también está preciosa cuando hay buena iluminación y el audio es muy bueno, no muy alto pero sí mucho mejor que el de mi laptop pasada sin duda).

Now first thing i would like to mention is the false advertisement of this device having a backlit keyboard, IT DOESN’T (amazon should update that information).
This device also comes with a soldiered on 8 gb RAM, 128 SSD (upgradable M.2 but limited to gen 3). on startup the fan can be loud and on occassion, you will definitely hear the fan spining. So far I am having a good experience with the RYZEN 3 processor but i have not tested it for games being that my main reason for purchasing this laptop is for productive usage. You will have to swith from Windows 11 S mode to windows 11 Home (I hate s Mode) in order to download and isntall third party software. screen brightnesst isn’t all that bright but it isn’t bad either. The key board does have a shallow travel but it does have a clicky sound(not the best but it isn’t the worst).
The battery life so far isn’t the worst either and the camera is usable. It is a budget laptop after all, might be better off looking for devices in a higher price range or purchasing second hand devices with better specs if you want a more powerful device for gaming.

Es una laptop que hace su trabajo, obviamente no es una pc gamer por lo que no puedes exigirle tanto, pero para trabajo de oficiona o estudiar es satisfactoria. Quizá, el único “pero” que le tengo es que la bocina está por debajo y no es tan potente. Me toca tener el volumen al 100% siempr y en ocasiones no soy capaz de escuchar muy bien. Por todo lo demás es decente para su precio.

While adding McAfee anti-virus it kept freezing up even though there was no previously installed anti-virus program to interfere.
At one point the mouse and cursor completely disappeared and none of the help topics suggested worked. Couldn’t even close the laptop down through task manager.
I ended up leaving it on overnight but still didn’t clear up on its own.
However by the time I got home from work it had cleared itself out of the tabs it had been stuck on.
Also, the McAfee anti-virus program didn’t download what it was supposed to so I don’t know if that’s the fault of the laptop or of McAfee.
Otherwise, holds a good long charge and screen is large and graphics look great.
I can’t get it to recognize my wireless printer, which is over 5 years old so that’s probably not its fault.
Just wish it had a touch screen!

This is a great laptop and well worth the money. Reviews talked about the backlit keyboard and I purchased this keyboard for that fact. No backlit keyboard!!! Unless someone has a tip that I don’t know about. I do not see a backlit button on the keyboard. Tried everything.
