No sirvió. El iPhone 12 que pedí no funciono. Su estado era bueno, sin embargo nunca se pudo configurar, no se pudo actualizar y tampoco dejó transferir los datos, lo que me hizo pensar si era ROBADO. Ya había comprado anteriormente un iPhone 8 renovado y no tuve problema, pero este fue una total decepción.
Regresé el teléfono y para evitar problemas mejor ya no lo volveré a comprar.

Hice un estudio previo a la compra asi que el iPhone llego como se supone que llegan todos los Renewed, la caja en perfectas condiciones y con lo prometido. El telefono SI tiene signos asi que le dare en estetica un 9/10 tiene 3 “picaduras” en los marcos y un muy pequeño raspon en el borde de la camara. La pantalla tiene muy pocos arañazos, nada que impida el uso de la pantalla ademas que el protector hace que se vea impoluto. La bateria llego en 90% y el cargador incluido es funcional a mas no poder, inclusive quise hacer la primer carga con un cargador rapido de Samsung y no quizo, solucion: usar el incluido generico. El software esta bien, la compatibilidad con la telefonica (Telcel) a la primera, 4G y 5G funcional, y todas las conexiones funcionales. En pocas palabras hice una prueba general que me llevo un dia y medio y nada fallo. La bateria no tiene problemas, la pantalla no tiene problemas, las camaras funcionan perfectamente. Creo que abriendo la mente a pensar que es un celular seminuevo te das cuenta que es una excelente compra y que te ahorraste un muy buen dinero.

The phone feels like a brand new phone! When the phone arrived, it was at 88%. I thought it was strange that it didn’t come with a charger, but it’s fine because luckily I had a charger for it. There was some strange adhesive on the power button, but it was nothing a little alcoholic wipe couldn’t take care of. I saw other reviews that some people had scratches on their phones and that they’ve experienced the phones not working smoothly. The one that I received turned out just fine; no scratches and everything is functioning smoothly. I felt like I got lucky with this purchase. I’ll post updates if things start to go wrong!

Hermoso 🤩pero había tenido un inconveniente porque decía enviado y no lo había recibido y resulta que un vecino lo agarro sin mi consentimiento pero me lo devolvió .
Pensé que me habían estafado por segunda vez ya que una vez pedí un tlf y no lo recibí . Sin embargo el vendedor muy amable me contestó para poder ayudarme a tener mi teléfono . MUY RECOMENDADO!!!!

Renewed phone came in great condition with just a few very faint and barely perceptible scratches on the screen glass- you have to look really hard to see them. The rest of the phone was in brand new condition, battery health was at 100%. Item was packaged well in bubble wrap, then inside a box. The only bad thing was the old style 1A charger that was included- I don’t know why they even bothered. But I have better chargers, so overall I was happy.

I’m beyond satisfied with this purchase. At first I was SUPER nervous to buy a phone off of Amazon for the first time, but I took a chance. It was a gift for my boyfriend. It had just a few small scratches on the side but hey, you’ll put a case on it anyways! Setup was easy. It did randomly turn off and wouldn’t turn back on, but we looked up on a website how to reset an iPhone and boom we fixed it. Had to do with pressing the side buttons. It’s been AWSOME ever since.

Meh. I needed a new phone, and this is it. It’s not bad. I like that it is just wide enough to fit a Post-It on the back, so my daily to-do list can fit on the back. That was serendipitous, and probably a feature no one else is going to care about. Everything else seems fine although I really hate the face recognition. What am I supposed to do when I need to check my phone in the middle of the night? Turn on a light and wake up my partner? Struggle to type in a passcode? Bad idea. I don’t wear gloves so often than the fingerprint was a hassle and I’d rather have it back.

I am very pleased with this product. The face recognition is super fast and the battery life in the renewed premium iPhone 12 that I ordered is at 100% which was surprising. I am 100% satisfied with this phone and everything is exactly as if it were new with the exception of the top right of my screen. It had a 1in gouge surrounded by several scratches surrounding it right out of the box. I was really bummed but once I put a tempered glass protector on it I couldn’t notice it even a little. I contacted the company and they offered a refund/return or $20 refund for the trouble and keep the phone. I took the money and kept the phone because, again other than that the phone is flawless and it won’t effect my usage of it. I took off the one star because of the scratch but would almost give it the full 5 because of how well the phone has worked for me and because of the company’s willingness to work with me.

Compré este iPhone y funciona bien aunque tengo que decir que tuvo varios puntos en contra y es que al comprarlo me decidí por el reacondicionado en excelente estado y al recibirlo me encontré con que tiene 2 golpes el las esquinas, los aros que rodean a las lentes tienen raspones (pero las lentes están en excelente estado) y en la parte de atrás trae otro ratón mas. El reacondicionado excelente dice que golpes o ratones no se distinguen a un brazo de distancia pero si se notan y mucho en especial los de la esquina. Otro de los puntos en contra es que al pasar mis apps y archivos de mi antiguo iPhone me marcaba un error y me hizo restaurarlo 3 veces por lo que decidí iniciarlo como un iPhone nuevo y después descargar Lemus apps y documentos por iCloud. Hasta ahora el celular no ha teñido problemas de red, sistema y batería y con las fundas parecería nuevo así que decidí quedármelo a menos que en lo que resta de garantía me falle.

La estética de 10, traía un pequeñísimo rasguño casi imperceptible al rededor de una de las cámaras, la batería con el 90%, el cargador la verdad si se ve bastante genérico y de igual manera te llega en una caja genérica, lo tuve que devolver porque la batería se calentaba mucho al usar ciertas apps como al ver las historias de IG o al cargarlo (lo cargué con un carga rápida original), también la bocina se escuchaba mal, como si estuviera “reventada” o se la hubieran cambiado y no fuera la original, tengo otro iPhone 12 en casa y no pasa eso, por eso decidí devolverlo. La ventaja de comprar reneweds en Amazon es que tienes 1 mes para probarlos y si no estás agusto devolverlos, pero ojo, las políticas dicen que en equipos Apple la devolución puede tardar hasta 1 mes, más lo que tarde el banco en poner el dinero en tu cuenta ya que tienen que revisarlos muy bien. Toma esto en cuenta si estas indeciso entre un reacondicionado o uno nuevo. Es la primera vez que compro un reacondicionado y mi experiencia no fue del todo buena y finalmente es cuestión de suerte con estos equipos, recuerda que no todo es la estética y me queda claro que si puedes comprar un equipo nuevo no lo pienses y lo hagas pero si tú presupuesto es limitado pues es un volado. Espero te sirva mi reseña. 😊

I believe I got lucky and got what feels like a brand new iPhone 12. I know the phone is old and I really am under the impression I got a brand new one that was sitting around for a while. Everything works fine and I’m really happy that when checking the battery health, it said 100%! I checked under direct light for scratches and scuffs. There was some minor scratches; very thin which looks like finger nail scratches. But from arm lengths distance, I couldn’t make out where the scratches were and I’m happy with it. My Samsung Galaxy S10e of 2.5 years malfunctioned recently and I needed a new phone but I didn’t want to break the bank.
I did a lot of research prior to purchase on which older model was more “bang for your buck.” I found that the iPhone 12 in 2022 was a worthy purchase considering it has a great camera, pretty display and the potential to see several more years of support from Apple (support being firmware updates which tend to include new features to your phone’s software). Nothing is guaranteed but a lot of people mentioned much older iPhones are still receiving updates. I do have a case on it but I don’t prefer any screen protectors because I want the most out of the display. If I break it, my carrier will fix it for a low cost.
From now on, I’m going to buy older models of phones to save money and hope I get a quality phone like this one!
