Compré dos negros de 256 GB, uno salió muy bien y otro salió mal El que salió bien no ha tenido ningún problema hasta ahora, incluso se cayó desde un buró de ropa y no hubo problema El otro celular parecía que tenía una batería defectuosa porque no duraba nada la carga, estuve a punto de devolverlo pero como la pantalla, bocinas, micrófono y de estética estaba como nuevo, decidí ver hasta cuando podría aguantar antes de que eso me volviera loco; y resultó que con sólo una calibración de batería fue suficiente para que tuviera una duración aceptable, PEEEERO después empezó a suceder la razón de que me metiera a subir esta reseña, el celular se me apagó de la nada una vez (probablemente ya pasado el tiempo de devolución), y desde entonces, de vez en cuando se apaga solo, lo correcto sería decir que se crashea y se reinicia y es MUY molesto y frustrante (y todo por andar comprando más barato). Así que, yo recomiendo que mejor te compres uno nuevo o directamente desde Apple Refurbished y así no te preocupas de nada, sabes que no estarás siendo estafado ni de un lado ni del otro O si tienes buena suerte, arriesgate y cómprate uno de estos, como dije, uno de los que compré está como nuevo y sin ningún problema de momento (No subo fotos porque qué flojera xd)

Cosmetically the iPhone is excellent, but I have to take it to the repair shop where I live for a new battery. Battery life is 80% and doesn’t last more than a couple hours, bummer. Should have went to a competitor and bought a refurbished. I’m going to replace the battery with a 4500mAh rather than the stock battery.

The phone came in perfect condition, couldn’t ask for better results. I was sad to see however that after 3-4 months of use it glitched out on me and the screen turned green. It turned out that the screen wasn’t properly applied, which wasn’t a problem as the repair wasn’t too high. I do recommend this product though if you’re on a budget as its a great deal!

I bought the iPhone XS as a gift for my son. I want to say this is a real review not from a bot. He received it in 2days but the battery health was only 77% less than the 80% they advertised. I understand the phone is refurbished but why can’t they put in a new battery and give people what they pay for. My son bought a new battery from the phone repair shop that cost $70. I contacted the seller who offered a full refund only not reimbursement for battery

El teléfono llegó bien empacado, y en tiempo, llegó en una caja de cartón hecha exactamente a la medida de lo que te incluyen, que es un cargador de Amazon y un cable certificado de la marca Satechi que por lo visto es de buena calidad MFi, la herramienta de extracción de SIM, y de igual forma un folleto de agradecimiento. Vino con una mica de vidrio templado bien colocada que al principio me confundió pensando que la pantalla no era original al ver los bordes superiores del notch un poco distintos y no redondeados, luego observé que la mica tiene un borde negro al rededor simulando la continuidad del marco, me hubiese gustado que no lo incluyese pero se agradece que venga con mica, la estética del teléfono es impecable, me sorprendió mucho lo bien cuidado que se encuentra, con solo 2 rayoncitos al rededor del marco de acero inoxidable, pero del resto está como nuevo con toda seguridad puedo decirlo. No tuve tanta suerte con la vida útil de la batería puesto a que me llegó con el 82%, se encuentra dentro de lo aceptable por esa parte. Las piezas son originales, tanto como pantalla así como batería. El Face ID funciona correctamente y sin ningún problema. Los altavoces suenan impecables, volumen fuerte, claro y con graves bastante agradables, excelente calidad de sonido. El módulo de cámaras sin ningún detalle y ambas cámaras traseras funcionando perfectamente asimismo la frontal. El deslizador de no molestar funcionando también. El motor de vibración sin problemas, la carga inalámbrica funcionando, el teléfono llegó bastante limpiecito sin ningún rastro de polvo en los altavoces o el puerto de carga que he de decir que el cable entra a la perfección sin ningún tipo de movimiento como si estuviese desgastado. La verdad estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra, recomiendo mucho este equipo, lo de la batería es el único detalle que podría destacar pero ya depende del equipo que te envíen. La pantalla está impecable y sin ningún rastro de burn-in, claro si queremos que dure por varios años, debemos evitar brillos maximos prolongados. Si están pensando en comprar el Xr en vez del Xs, la batería sería la única cuestión, del resto este modelo es sin duda alguna mejor que el Xr, para mi que me gustan dispositivos compactos y agradables a la mano, 5.8” de pantalla es más que suficiente para una buena experiencia visual en general. Espero haber podido apoyarles destacando puntos que veo importantes a la hora de decidir. Pero si tienen el presupuesto para pagar un poco más por el modelo Max, adelante. Yo elegí este porque el Max para mi es algo grande y complicado de manejar con una mano. Una vez más, hasta el momento todo ha ido muy bien con el teléfono y espero siga así por mucho tiempo más. Como último punto verifiquen el proveedor, en este caso Wireless Experts fue el proveedor que me apareció en esta publicación. Excelente servicio.

I bought this phone for work related use. I opted to go the refurbished route given my use case. After looking through my many options and deciding IOS is best for my business use I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this amazon refurbished Iphone XS. I knew what I was going into and fully expected this phone to have some minor blemishes and at least 80% battery.
Upon arrival, I was satisfied with the phone despite the phone having much more extensive screen wear than expected AND a pretty poor excuse for a screen protector meant to cover up the screen wear. It is however an old model, refurbished phone, so that is to be expected.
Here is the massive flub. The battery capacity.
Upon receiving the iphone I promptly turned it on and tested the device, including the battery life. 91%. Given they guarantee 80% I thought I got really lucky and hit the refurbished jackpot. Well, fast forward not even a week and I decided to check the battery life again. 82%????
Now I am no engineer, but 9% battery degradation in less than a week sounds excessive.
I figured its still above 80%(what was advertised) so I still got the product I payed for. I can live with a shorter battery life.
Fast forward 7 more months of minimal use. The phone is on daily with very limited screen time. Work related texts and calls. Occasionally audible, or spotify use. Monitored all my charging to prevent over charging. Now my battery health is at 60%.
Im not sure what rate of degradation is normal but given my use case mine seems to have died unreasonably quickly. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a new iphone but 300 is by no means cheap and for a device that is quickly dying 8 months later.
I am always a bit nervous buying refurbished tech, especially from Amazon.
Buying refurbished is a flip of a coin and you may get luckier than me but this left a sour taste in my mouth and left me feeling inclined to leave this review as a disclaimer.
In the future I will either buy new, or go the ebay refurbished route given their refurbs tend to be a bit cheaper and come with a 1 year warranty on all ebay certified refurbished tech.
Good luck to all those in the market. If you decide to go this route, I hope you get luckier than I did.

The phone was great quality. I mistakenly ordered the iPhone XS. I meant to order the IPhone XS Max. The phone was in great quality. The only issue I found was that the battery life was at 79% even though the minimum battery life was guaranteed 80% or above. Otherwise, the phone quality was amazing.

Antes de irse por el precio chequen el proveedor, ya habia comprado antes un iphone 8 y llego lit nuevecito por eso me aventé sin miedo a comprar con INNOVA LOHER, NO SE LES OCURRA, busquen otro, chequen las estrellas del proveedor, me toco un celular que rebosaba de mugre y con el 79% de Batería, cuando aquí en amazon te garantizan que tendrá mínimo el 80%. Estoy súper molesta porque solo me hicieron perder tiempo y horas de trabajo.
