Never worked. Took it to Att and they tried everything but phone was junk. Kept saying due to security issues data could bit be used! Amazon rep tried to say something was wrong with Att. Lol. Nobody else’s phone had any problems. Junk scam phone

It didn’t appear to be unlocked due to the Verizon message I got but I called tech support and therm I went through all the steps the phone did indeed work with T-Mobile sim

My bf likes the phone, but he dropped it and the screen broke, he’s still using it though so I would suggest when you buy this phone to buy a phone protector at the same time
