Mi esposa tenía el Galaxy Note10 pero estaba con AT&T y esta empresa se negó a liberarlo a pesar de que habíamos comprado y pagado al 100% por el celular. Afortunadamente encontré un Galaxy Note20 y hacer la transición de datos fue muy fácil y es un Smartphone con mayores capacidades y mejor definición en la cámara.

All in, I really like the phone, gui, and new features over my older 9. 2 complaints the 1st for Samsung. The fingerprint reader was a functionality I used when I couldn’t look down at my phone, now I have to look at it and try try again. 2nd is for the retailer; the phone arrived with the middle camera visibly broken. This is a deal breaker for me as I use my phone for work, I need perfect pictures. Without the mid camera. Nothing comes in clear when zooming in. Could’ve inspected it a little better.
Now the good – i was worried about battery life – i charge my phone 1 time every couple of days even though it was used. Awesome.
There was signs of previous use as i expected, but nothing a quick alcohol wipe didnt resolve (also how i discovered the camera). Overall a 5 of 5 for condition.
Last complaint: i requested a replacement or return, and I bought the phone black friday/cyber monday – they’re going to refund me for the camera issue (thank you) – but regardless of how that plays out – I’ll have to purchase the next one at whatever full price may be. Kinda got screwed there, but they got a business to run. Lesson learned, request replacement 1st return 2nd.

Didn’t realy want pink but didn’t see the options for other colors at the time of ordering so overall i can’t complain in that regard, it isnt quite my note 9 that i will dearly miss daily driving but i wasn’t going to replace the screen a second time. The note 20 5g is in 9 out of 10 condition only one noticable nick in the side of the bezel where the buttons reside and came with a screen protector pre applied as well. I got my note 9 used/refurbished as well and it wasn’t as astetically well off as this one was. That said the wall charger seems a bit sketch and cheap as it said made in china with no other maker info or anything else on it and was only 5v 1.5amp, so i just used my old one. Transfered over my sim to esim no issues (make sure you remove the old sim after as it was causing issues with network), my service provider is mint(t-mobile) and is very responsive on this device and the 5g is a world a part from 4g if you have yet to experince it, there is a speed test in the photos. End point, not the highest tier device like the newer notes maybe but if you need or want a more modern galaxy note device (than say a note 8 or 9) with 5g capabilities at a more affordable price tag than the current gen ones then it really fits the bill.

Everything about this phone is amazing! It’s stylish, fits well in my hand, and fits well in my pocket. Only drawback is that it has a “cheap” feeling. Like it’s made of plastic that was mixed with some form of malleable metal. Not only that but I recommended this phone to my father. His came in finally and had a blurry camera which we than later found out that it had two broken camera lenses. It doesn’t mean it was the sellers fault (most likely not).

Este Galaxy Note 20 5G reacondicionado esta como nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones, bien empacado y llego solo con un cargador de 10.5w genérico gratis. esta funcionando al 100%, No tiene ningún detalle en pantalla, botones, S-pen la Batería rinde bien como que lo usaron poco je je, Cuerpo sin golpes es de una sola sim, en general bien. Este equipo era de T Mobile y lo desbloquean para usar con cualquier operador como por ejemplo Telcel, at&t, Movistar unefon etc solamente tiene una aplicación de T Mobile y al encender el equipo aparece el logotipo de T Mobile qué desde luego no afecta en nada, tanbién trae las aplicaciones de Samsung y Google tradicionales, es Snapdragon 865+ 8gb Ram 128gb Almacenamiento. Solo una observación en la descripción de este celular en Amazon decía que es desbloqueado de fabrica ósea el modelo SM-N981U1 y no es cierto, es el modelo SM-N981U. quizá se equivocaron o lo hacen de adrede para vender mas cosa que no deben hacer. el modelo SM-N981U que fue el que me mandaron (que son los que usan todos los operadores de estados unidos) lo desbloquea el operador por esa razón cuando lo prendes te aparece el logo del operador que era. En cambio los que son desbloqueados de fabrica SM-N981U1 son los mejores porque no tren ninguna aplicación de operador ni tampoco al encender, salvo las aplicaciones de fabrica que son las de Samsung y Google. pero bueno ya ni modo. saludos
