The phone is good, it works perfectly fine, but it has some aesthetic details and blemishes that certainly don’t live up to the “like new” title. I mean, you won’t even see them when you put a cover on, but still I believe they shouldn’t advertise it “like new”

Ok, por el precio que pagué, no esperaba que estuviera nuevo de fábrica, sin embargo el celular parece usado, y parece que lo abrieron, adjunto evidencia, ya que al parecer hicieron cambios de hardware, display y batería, ya que como se aprecia en las fotos, pareciera forzado y esta Rayado de una manera muy exagerada, y la batería sufre de sobrecalentamiento, voy a estarlo probando estos días, tendré que regresarlo si de plano no lo puedo utilizar.
Actualización después de 3 días de uso:
El celular hace muy bien su trabajo, es rápido, fluido, y el tema de la batería es si lo trabajas a 120 de taza de refresco, si lo bajas a 60 la batería te dura bien y con el ahorro de energía pues te da para todo un día sin problema, aquí el problema es ese exactamente, ¿para que adquiero este celular si la batería se va a drenar por sus funciones que fueron las que me llamaron la atención? En fin opte por quedármelo ya que el precio si no te importa estéticamente, lo vale. Y por último, olvide mencionar que el cargador que me llegó fue un genérico y de Motorola ¿por?, además de no traer el extractor para la SIM. En fin, hay muchas fallas, pareciera que me compre el celular en un tianguis.

The phone itself is fantastic. By far the best smartphone I’ve ever owned! Huge super clear screen with a fast processor. I am extremely pleased with the phone. However the seller indicated the phone was in excellent condition and I have to disagree. There were several scratches on the front of the screen when I received it along with a few on the back. what’s on the back It’s no big deal but I would expect a phone listed in excellent condition to have no blemishes visible when a phone case is on it. Extremely disappointed in that. if I were to see the phone beforehand , i would not have paid the excellent condition price. It was good at best.

As Advertised, Excellent Condition. Everything works fine after 3 weeks. The only problem was that I had to order order a “BYOP” Bring Your Own Phone SIM Card from my provider (Net 10). Then I had to recall Net 10 to manually type in and create a new mobile network for Net 10. This took 36 minutes on my landline phone with them. This was done by going into “Settings”, to “Connections”, to “Mobile Networks”, then “Access Point Names”. He then had me tap on “Add” in the upper right corner of screen. I then typed in a series of case sensitive words & codes under a few different headings.

El equipo no le dura la batería, y el celular no carga bien, trae cargador genérico y marca error al conectarlo dice que tiene un objeto extraño o que esta mojado, definitivamente no me gustó. Además quiero devolverlo porque tiene 90 días y no me permite devolverlo, dice que el producto no es elegible. No lo compren!!!

Llegó bien empaquetado y con el plus de accesorios originales. El procesador es snapdragon 865. Estéticamente un 9.5, está prácticamente nuevo. Tenía duda por las reseñas pero en definitiva recomiendo comprarlo. Parece ser la versión internacional. Está desbloqueado y es de una SIM. Señal bien, wifi bien, Bluetooth bien, camaras bien, altavoces bien. El único detalle es que suena algo suelto adentro. Espero no de problemas. Actualizaré reseña más adelante.

Fingerprint reader works great until you add a screen protector then forget it. My old S8 had the reader on the back and avoided this issue. Can’t understand why they took something that worked well and changed it. I also preferred the screen press over the double tap to wake the phone up. Battery life, memory, camera etc. are all great and I recommend this phone as long as fingerprint reader is not a deal breaker for you. The phone is like new and the delivery was fast. Would buy again from this seller.

Compre el celular el día 8 de noviembre 2022, me hicieron el cobro hasta el 18, lo enviaron el 21 y llego el 24. Todo bien en cuanto a estética 9.5/10, funciona bien, ROM de 128 GB y RAM 12. La bateria llego con 573 ciclos de recarga, siento que al cargarlo, la carga debería durarle un poco más. Omitiendo lo de la batería, todo lo demás esta bien hasta el día de hoy (16 de diciembre), ya van 3 semanas de uso. No se de las cámaras, si son buenas o malas, casi no tomo fotos, pero en mi parecer las saca bien. Anexo fotos del celular e información del mismo. Algún detalles que puede surgir por al comprar este celular: 1. Que el celular llegue sin liberación, a más de alguno si le ha llegado bloqueado. Yo lo cale con Movistar y Telcel (en versión normal y 5g), funcionaron sin problemas. 2. Que la bateria tenga mucho uso (y por ende el celular). Como ya comenté, ese fue mi caso, pero hay otros que les llegan de 300, 200 o 100 y algo ciclos. Supe de alguien que le llego de menos de 15 ciclos, prácticamente le llego un celular nuevo a esa persona. 3. Con daño físico. Hay a quien le llego con la tapa trasera levantada de una esquina, otros con golpes en las esquinas (al parecer ocasionada por una caída) y algunos con rayones en las pantallas. En mi caso son cosas ligeras, son algunos rayones en la entrada del cargador, cerca de las camaras y en algunas esquinas, todo eso es normal por el mismo uso que le dio el dueño anterior. Como les puede ir bien, también les puede ir mal con el celular que les llegue. En la mayoría de los casos, los celulares entregados han cumplido con las expectativas. Espero sea de ayuda para alguien mi reseña, saludos.

This was surprisingly in perfect condition. You would never know that it’s refurbished. Also. It’s fully unlocked for anyone asking. I’m from the Caribbean and it works great. The Verizon welcome page still comes up but it does work with international sim cards, I’ve tried 3 so far. It’s a good buy.

4, not 5. Although the phone gets top marks for performance, who in their right mind made the decision to make the back of the phone out of glass?! Of course it cracked immediately. Luckily it wasn’t a total loss. I bought a hard case for it. Hopefully that will be enough.

El teléfono llegó en un estado impecable, no tiene golpes ni rayones muy graves, funciona increíble, es muy rápido al ser la versión de 12 GB de RAM, el sonido, cámaras, pantalla y fluidez son otro nivel, realmente calidad gama alta. El único detalle es que no trajo audífonos, y la publicación decía que si los incluía. Totalmente recomendado.
