I like that the warranty is sold at a fair price. I also like that the paperwork is kept in my Amazon account, makes it easy to find. ASURION is a great company that stands behind the warranties they sell, and I know they will still be in business 5 years from now.

This is a hard question to answer, because I do not have a defective product at this time, perhaps, at the time the product breaks or is defective. I can answer this question much better.

Product was not repairable. Rather than replacing the product they reimbursed me my original cost. Which by the way is $80.00 less than what I will have to pay for a new one. Now, I have to order a new one for $80.00, more. (26% price increase) So, in the meantime I am without my inverter for over a month. For 2 weeks I get emails stating that they are working on the repair. Eight days before they notify me that product is unrepairable, I receive an update stating that they are finishing up the repair. (smells like fish, at this point) I guess that I will have to be happy that I at least got $300.00, back. However, I needed to purchase another Asurion Service Agreement for the new inverter.
