I like how easy the process is to filing a claim. The form covers all the bases and allows you to check every issue that applies to your product with room to include your personal experience. No phone calls necessary. Returning the item is easy with the prepaid return shipping and Asurion will send you day to day updates about the repair service if you’d like them to. My experience was very quick. A 1 day shipping time, 2 day repair and a 1 day return time. Very fast and effecient! My Product was fixed and return with adequate packaging material and a form with all the repairs was included. No hidden fees or shipping costs.

Used to be you could call them in and get a replacement , I have many of these plans sever them costing over $100. Three years ago I could call and just get a replacement sent to me and then send the old item in now they’re just service plans so if you have a problem with the big screen, TV or electronics or anything else you have to ship it to them and then when they get around to it they’ll look at it and then they’ll tell you whether or not they’re gonna ensure it. If not, they can ship it back to you if you pay shipping. I just got off the phone with them pretty much make it so difficult. It’s not worth it .
