    Bought this protection plan on a gate control board for our driveway because we have had issues with our previous boards going out. When this one stopped working, we filed our claim and sent the board to Asurion for inspection. In a timely manner, I got a text/email saying they couldn’t fix the board and they reimbursed me in the form of an Amazon gift card which was fine with me. Great experience. I would definitely purchase their protection plan again!

    Had a lightweight storm take out the hub for my security camera’s. Contacted Asurion about it and within a matter of minutes I had a shipping label to send the hub to them to see if it could be repaired. Got the item shipped to them and within a couple of days they issued an e-gift card for the amount that I purchased the system for, as the hub couldn’t be repaired. The only issue that I had was the fact that I had to send the damaged unit to them first, and didn’t have access to my home camera system for about a week or so. Other than that, things went very well.
