The product came. It was a refurbished Dell computer. Sticker type material was placed on front and back of computer to make it look new but sticker is peeling already off. Every time I try to use it after about 5 min. Pages freeze and you have to shut down computer to get it to re work. Very frustrating

Love how fast this computer is, dislike the short battery life. Haven’t had any issues with the computer just yet besides it randomly going into sleep mode at one point in the middle of me typing…. will update in a few months to see how the laptop is doing!

Product arrived 5 days early, looks brand new, very easy to set up. Best thing about refurbished is that you don’t have to shut off the preloaded software you never wanted when you purchase a new one. Was VERY surprised and pleased to find this laptop is not only lightning fast but also has an unadvertised backlit keyboard.

Laptop works great. The only issue is that it does not have any Bluetooth installed on it. Ran the troubleshooter and it stated the device does not have Bluetooth installed. Will have to buy a USB dongle with Bluetooth. At least it has enough USB ports.

I received the laptop in time for my wife’s Christmas present and was very happy until I discovered it didn’t have wifi.. You will have to connect your internet with an ethernet cable.. Before my purchase I read the questions and reviews where someone said it DID have wifi but I can tell u first hand that IT DOES NOT have wireless internet.. Right time I turned it on for the 1st time, it asked me to plug up my ethernet cable to connect my internet.. I also tried in the setting to hook up to my wireless internet and wireless was not even an option.. Don’t get me wrong, It looked great with only 2 very small scratches on the side and it was just like opening a brand new computer when i started it up.. Next, the mouse also didn’t work when I tried to scroll down and I’m sure it was like that from the old user but everything else worked.. It’s not a bad buy but Remember, You Are Buying A Refurbished Laptop not a new one.. I’m sending it back and already just went ahead and ordered a new one since I have it extra money right now and since it’s a Christmas present.. Thanks for reading and I need to start writing more reviews because I always try to read them.. Merry Christmas Yall!!👍

I’m a dinosaur. I struggle with technology. When my old laptop, Windows 7, was no longer updated, I had to buy. I never rated the battery life as I just set it up today. So far, I am thrilled with the performance. Easy for me to do, and working like a charm. The soft keyboard is divine. I hope I feel the same way in 6 months. Only time will tell.
