After spending 3x as much for a heart rate sensor from a so-called industry leading fitness tracking company- that would never pair with anything, it was a relief that this one boots right up with barely any effort. I have it connected to my Nordictrack treadmill and it displays heart rate on screen. I also wear it for outdoor runs, and since it DOES NOT connect to Samsung Health app, i use a simple app called HR Monitor.
I just recently got a Fitbit Sense 2 which also tracks HR, and both devices are never more then 3-4 numbers apart.

I literally just got the delivery and I connected it to try it out. I first downloaded the wahoo app to pair it and when I tried to pair the app with the heart rate monitor I got a message that says that this app is not supported with this monitor. So here comes the best part, I downloaded the “Polar Beat” app and this app is GREAT!! The signup, pairing was easy. The tracking of your workouts are great AND you have probably over 30 different sports/training workouts you can choose from. And the BEST thing about this heart rate monitor…THE PRICE!!! 5 STARS! Don’t hesitate and get one!

Mainly bought it to track my heart rate while riding my Rogue Echo bike and I saw the question asked about if it would work was answered pretty much as “Maybe”. The Rogue requires ANT+ support which this claims to be but didn’t sync with my bike. Not a bad value for money otherwise since it worked right away with a BT app. Don’t like the fact that there’s no on/off switch and the led comes on when it feels like so dont know exactly when it’s on.

Wrote this review for anyone else with an Echo that was looking for a cheaper alternative to a Polar HRM so they wouldn’t waste money like me lol

Fitcent CL806: Good combination of price and functionality. It came with battery installed and a spare. Connected via Bluetooth (Schwinn 411 elliptical machine) with no problems. It seems accurate, but I haven’t verified it. I mean the heart rate provided seems reasonable and tracks as would be expected. You do have to make sure the belt makes good contact with your skin by moistening the contact pads on the belt. If you are working out and sweating, this will not be a problem. I’m a pretty big guy (48 coat size) and the belt was plenty big enough for me. This was one of my concerns. The belt is elastic and I had several inches left that I could loosen it. I am happy with the product.

Loved this but as of late, changing batteries multiple times. Sensor connects with bluetooth on spin bike at 24 hour fitness and wahoo app but then I lose connection. I have changed battery but does same thing. Up to now, I have bragged how this monitor outbeats all the bigger name brands. Sorry, disappointed.

The average of hear rate band have a short life because it operate in a very wet, accid and heated environment. So you can spend a lot of money in a OEM band they same brand of your device and some mounts ago it will stop working or start to failure. My advice spend on affordable band with good presicion and imaging it will works fine for at least 6 months, if it live more of that is gain

It gives me my heart rate on map my ride. I’ve used a similar HR monitor for years. For 29.00 it’s well worth it.

Stopped working. I didn’t like that it’s got no way to recharge. I had no option to return.
