Discribed as unlocked, but It was Locked. Sadly had to return. It was either bought internationally or was Locked. Our Phone Co. could not activated & Had to pay for shipping.

I love the Google pixel phones and this one makes my third one. I have always received refurbished in excellent condition; however, this Google pixel 5 functions but the camera seems as though it may have had some type of damage. Google pixels generally take excellent photos and videos and the one I received quality is poor. It does not have that crisp clear photo all of my other pixels have had. I have had the phone for roughly two months and still debating on returning it and reordering another since Amazon has the 90 guarantee on refurbished phones.

I bought a Renewed Pixel 3 and was very happy with it so I had high expectations for the Pixel 5. The set-up was easy. but immediately got txt from ATT that there was a problem. 45 minutes later I learn that the model of the Pixel 5 they sent isn’t supported by ATT. I suppose its easier to just send out the phones and let the customer discover the problem rather than do the upfront work themselves. But given I’ve already wasted an hour and still have to return it, I’d call it a 1 star customer service experience.

This is an amazing phone especially for the price. I love the sage color. It is different without being too much. Photos are high quality. I love how easy set up is with Google. I replaced my Samsung Galaxy 9+ with this pixel. The size fits my hands better – I am not dropping it all the time. The battery life is great for my needs.
