These have been a nice improvement over the typical H9/10 batteries. They last longer and are less affected by the temperatures. They fit both the 10 and 11 GoPro Black models. 40% better performance in the GoPro 10 and 38% better performance in the GoPro 11 models over the older, blue batteries. The previous batteries I would have to change several times a day while hunting. I get 20% more recording done on one charge with Enduro batteries. My GoPro shoot lasted for a whole canyoning tour of about three hours and conditions of 8° cold water. Get these! 👍

I know battery life is supposed to be better. But honestly I don’t see a huge difference with my hero 11 black. Still eats through batteries pretty quick.

Le 2 batterie blu in dotazione con la mia GoPro Hero 9 Black iniziavano a fare capricci: durante le riprese subacquee, la camera si spegneva all’improvviso per batteria scarica quando la percentuale mostrata sul display era intorno al 35%, batterie fabbricate a dicembre 2020 e usate per un centinaio di cicli al massimo. Ho provato a registrare un video 4K 50 fps con la GoPro in frigo fino a spegnimento: 1 ora e 30 min con le batterie in dotazione, spegnimento intorno al 20%. Ho installato questa batteria e ripetuto la prova: 1 ora e 51 minuti, spegnimento con batteria allo 0% (tant’è che ci sono voluti circa 20 min di ricarica prima che la GoPro riuscisse a riaccendersi). Che dire: ottima batteria, ne comprerò sicuramente un’altra!

The fact gopro released this after the camera was made tells me they know/knew the standard battery was weak. All gopro 10’s should be sold with this instead of the standard one and stop calling this the “enduro” battery.
Last a lot longer but like i’ve said this should really be the standard battery.

Price is Rs.2500 and sometimes I had seen it shows a higher price but if you want it for 2500 only go to Esplanade dslr shops. This battery gives a continue shooting of 1 hr, but as noone shoot for an hour at a stretch, the battery will be there for half of the day atleast. I went to Kedarnath and got my work done for the kedarnath trek with one battery.

Eigentlich hatte ich gehofft mit dem Enduro Akku etwas mehr Laufzeit aus meiner GoPro herausholen zu können. Diese Hoffnung hat sich leider sehr schnell zerschlagen, der Enduro Akku hält nicht nenneswert länger durch als der Standardakku.
Um meinen subjektiven Eindruck zu überprüfen habe ich einen direkten Vergleich der beiden Akkus gemacht. Ich habe sie jeweils voll geladen und dann eine Aufnahme gestartet und bis zum Ende der Akkulaufzeit durchlaufen lassen (GoPro Hero 9 Black, 1080P, 50fps). Beide Akkus hatten ähnlich viele Ladezyklen und wurden unter identischen Bedingungen (Temperatur, Umgebungslicht, etc) getestet. Der Standardakku kam hier auf 2h6min, der Enduro Akku auf 2h9min. Den Test habe ich insgesamt zwei mal durchgeführt mit nahezu identischen Werten. Der Enduro Akku hat also mehr oder weniger die gleiche Laufzeit wie der Standardakku.
Von dieser Performance bin ich doch eher enttäuscht, zumal hier von teils deutlich höheren Laufzeiten in der Artikelbeschreibung gesprochen wird. Es mag sein, dass der Akku bei besonders tiefen Temperaturen oder bei maximaler Auflösung etwas besser ist als der Standardakku, im normalen Gebrauch merkt man davon aber nicht viel.
Fazit: Wer hofft, dass er mit diesem Akku längere Laufzeiten aus seiner GoPro herausholen kann, den muss ich leider enttäuschen. Unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen ist hier keine nennenswerte Verbesserung gegenüber dem Standardakku feststellbar. Wer nicht gerade bei arktischen Temperaturen filmen möchte, der kann sich den Aufpreis für den Enduro Akku also getrost sparen und den günstigeren Standardakku nehmen. Ich vergebe neutrale drei Sterne, da der Akku grundsätzlich gut funktioniert, aber in den meisten Fällen keine nenneswerte Verbesserung bringt.
