The media could not be loaded.

Great price, nice quiality, battery maybe could be better, but for the price and quality like it.

I’ve got this computer so I don’t have to use my desktop computer for work, or travel. The battery life is not impressive. But since you aren’t doing too much demanding things off the battery (meaning you’ll have it plugged in if you were gaming ect.) that isn’t a big deal. I usually can get four hours of battery before I plug it in (usually around 25%). EDIT: You can easily get better or worse battery based on the setting, which are pretty easy to navigate.

The thing I dislike most about this laptop is the track pad. My old 2013 Mac book Pro has a better track pad than this computer. I find there is a larger delay with the track pad than my old laptop did. This causes me to accidently move tabs, mess up typing reports, and formatting. Of course you can avoid this by using a mouse, but that defeats the purpose of having a track pad in the laptop. Another thing I don’t like is that this computer comes with Norton Anti-Virus sub… If you know you know.

I had no issues with upgrading it to windows 11. That’s a whole different can of worms.

Expandability is fine. I upgraded my ram to 16 gigs at 2666 Mhz ( just make sure its a 260 pin) and it was easy to install a cheap HHD. I haven’t really tested the gaming aspect, since my desktop runs a 3060. So, there is no reason to run any hard gaming on this 1650. Hypothetically it can run most games, but with a basic screen refresh rate of 60 hz and 1080p I wouldn’t worry about it. I cannot comment on the over clocking.

The isle plays pretty smooth at max settings. Just a basic bench mark for yeah. Since that’s the most “intense” game I’ve played so far. The fans keep it relatively cool but they can get noisy at times.

To note there is nothing in the description saying this is a “Notebook” type computer. It is a traditional laptop. So, if you are looking for one look elsewhere.

I’m computer literate so the adding an SSD is a MUST because the 250gb M2 is not going to be enough for just basic needs. In my experience I tend to use a lot of memory for documents, photos and applications so add atleast an additional terabyte I also added an additional 8gb of ram because 8 just isn’t enough in a moderncomputer

Good entry lvl computer.. got this for 12 year old grandson and he loves it. MSI has more powerful laptops if needed.

Pro: Quiet, different modes, keyboard light up red, light weight, good graphics for certain games, can hook up a mouse and external keyboard.
Con: Battery life is poor. Have to keep plugged to use it. Only comes with a little bit of storage.

i needed something affordable yet able to handle what games i wanted to play. this was the perfect fit for me. you’re gonna wanna get stuff for more storage though!
