Fit the camera well and was easy to get on and off. The bright orange color would be great at helping you locate if you lost hold of your camera. I purchased a specialty mouth mount for my son as well and didn’t realize it too came with a float attached to the mount so I did return this but only because I didn’t need two.

I’m a fan of the floaty case. Especially when you are taking video under water. If you are in the pool then I don’t consider it a necessity since it is hard to do cool shots swimming over the camera since it will naturally float to the top because of this case. If you are out on the lake or on a boat or in the ocean I say this is a necessity if you don’t want to have your $500 goPro sink down to the depths. I use it with the floaty stick and would feel comfortable taking it on a snorkel or SCUBA trip. I would have to say though that I wish it was priced a bit lower since the list price seems a little high for what it actually is.

Das Floaty hat das selbe Problem wie der Media Mod: Der Schaft der Schraube verschwindet so halb, dass man keinen sinnvollen Anpack mehr hat und die Schraube nicht mehr wirklich fest bekommt. Ja, man kann sich was 3D-Drucken – aber dafür dass ich selbst noch basteln muss, kaufe ich kein teures original-Zubehör von GoPro.

da buena proteccion antichoqie i flita PERo hay que tener en cuenta que es gruesa y por ende si usada con casco u otro tipo de soporte, este debe proveer espacio hacia atras para permitir apuntar en buena direccion

Floats but is way larger than expected and makes the gopro almost twice the size. Works, floats and affords lots of protection, but not without sacrificing a lot to size. Still impressed, but didn’t expect it to be this large. Would still buy it again, but expected they could build it smaller while still achieving buoyancy.

Ich hatte die Umhausung für Wassereinsätze bestellt. Das Teil ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu klobig und hindert ein wenig in der Handhabung.
Stattdessen habe ich mir den Handheld bestellt. Der schwimmt auch und finde ich um einiges praktischer. Da die Kamera damit auch nicht untergeht, aber ich einfach mehrere Einsatzmöglichkeiten habe.

This is a necessity for beach/lake activities. My only complaint is that when this is on, it makes it had to maneuver around the touch screen because the back cut out isn’t large enough. I’m only 5’2” and have small hands and fingers.
Others complain about the price but they chose the “official” brand instead of a knock off, that I don’t get 🙄
