Not all the parts you need to mount a go pro on it but it is the mount part

  2. Christopher Deweese

The mount adhered to my helmet extremely well. I used some alcohol to clean the surface prior to placing the mount. It worked like a charm (I’ll have to use a chisel to get that thing off). It otherwise does what it should. Attaching my GoPro is easy, as it should be. I liked the multiple mounts included. Overall, I feel very confident it’ll hold my GoPro camera safely and securely.

  3. Mr C.J.Smith

I brought this for my motorcycle helmet, it sticks well and they have supplied quite a few options to use.

    Worked well, satisfied

  6. Baron Von Nobzez

Having the base plate curve means a large contact area to the helmet and less likelihood that the camera will disappear. The adhesive is strong and the mounts are high quality.

It fits o the helmet great

Bought to use in a demolition derby. Worked great but if you’re in to some full track hits balls to the wall. Super glue the joints together. The first derby I did with it the cammer was in different angles due to the sudden shock. But it stuck to my helmet and never came off

  9. MedicalCheeze

I like the u joint alot. People complain in the comments/reviews about it being difficult to move, I had no issues moving them.

  10. Robyn

Easy to fit onto helmet, attachments made setting the Go Pro up a doddle. For an official Go Pro product this is good value for money.

  11. Jose chirinos

Se pega con facilidad fácil de instalar, un accesorio de uso diario para GoPro gracias

Don’t get me wrong, I love this mount. The fact I can use the adhesives to mount my GoPro on the side or the front of my MTB helmet is great, but when you look at the bigger picture, if you already have a swivel mount like I have, you are paying £30 for just the small 90 degree twist. As everything else is usually supplied with a GoPro when purchased as standard. Just be aware of this before you purchase. The good thing is I now have 2 swivel mounts (I usually keep one permanently mounted to my tube mount on my bike), more adhesives (can never have enough!) and another quick release clip to keep in my GoPro box.

Attaching this mount is easy enough. Before you attach the adhesives to your helmet, make sure you ‘do a dry run’ with your camera switched on so you can see the shot before you stick on the adhesives as they are very hard to rip off, not that you need to. Once on use the swivel mount to get that perfect shot you want. I like to have a small part of the helmet and a part of my face in the shot to get a different perspective to other mounts say the helmet strap mount. When riding you can certainly feel the weight of the camera pull your helmet slightly to that side so make sure your helmet is tight enough.

All in all a great product and adds yet another camera angle to making awesome bike vids! Highly recommended!

The front / side mount is as much use as a chocolate fire Gaurd. The contact area onto the helmet is small. When the go-pro camera is installed on the mount you cannot move the camera to a position to get the best footage (mounted on the chin bar of the full face helmet).
To get around this, you’ll have to buy additional mounts to put on the mounts for your helmet, strange I thought I bought a helmet front mount 🤷🏼‍♂️
