The plastic bit on the lanyard broke after 2 days of carrying my GoPro on it… it really is of such a poor quality that it’s shocking. Please listen to the others like me and don’t make the same mistake which I did which was to trust the brand over bad reviews…

It’s comfortable, and easy to install. Protects the camera against some scratch, and I feel is more secure to use it with it than without it depending on what will you use the camera for. If you are going to do some wild activities where the camera could drop off in the ground, this won’t work and It would be better to use the hard protective waterproof case.

Great cover made of silicon rubber, makes an already sturdy action cam just about indestructible. It is a bit of a challenge to slip on and off when you need access to the micro as card or battery change out.

Product fits nicely but does has a strong plastic/rubber smell that easily takes over when flying in a plane with a small cockpit. Other than that it’s great.

Personally I like to have the peace of mind in knowing any expensive item attached to my bike, like a camera, navigation computer or radar unit, has the added security of being fitted with a lanyard. Unfortunately the GoPro camera doesn’t come with a purpose made fitting for a lanyard so I bought this rubber sleeve as it has an attachment included
The product is well made and fitted perfectly to my GoPro, as you would expect from an item supplied by GoPro. Apart from being expensive, my only other criticism is the length of the lanyard supplied, which is ideal for handing around your neck but too long to wrap around the handlebars of my bike. That meant purchasing a separate 8″ lanyard which works well with my mount.
