All of the specs on the laptop were true. 16gb of ram 4×4 gb sticks. Amd radeon, ryzen 3 . The year it was built was 2022. 1tb of ssd. Everything his great, all except the battery life. It usually only last around 3 hours or less and that is with just basic web browser/ streaming youtube/netflix on low energy display. Going to have to buy a new battery soon. Otherwise this would get a 5 star review. They advertise a battery battery life around 9-10 hours and i did not receive that. If you dont mind the low battery and you are always home to use it and plug it in its a great laptop. If you want to travel with this thing, it may be harder to use and you will have to charge it every chance you get.

I’ve used HP computers for quite some time and am always happy. My previous HP laptop was old and had it not died, I’d still be using it. I needed a computer fast for work. HP is always my go-to and when I saw this and it’s price, I scooped it up. Set up was a bit longer than normal but so far, runs phenomenally and suits my needs perfectly! I would recommend this laptop to anyone for price, specs and performance. After a month I’ll give an update on my experience with this HP Notebook. Don’t hesitate. If you need one, get this one.

I can’t really say I’m happy with it. I would not purchase it again.
I have been using my wife’s 2017 apple laptop and it was working wonderfully until we ran out of memory. I figured I would buy my own so I found this that claimed better ram, memory, processor, pretty much everything. Which you would think 6 years newer would be fine.
I use it mostly for 3d modifications. Struggles on every task. Crashes or does not complete tasks. As I write this on my phone it’s crashing a file after an hour of compressing.

Build quality: Key strokes make the whole keyboard flex. And no, I do not have big ole sausage fingers. There is a fan that clicks more than it doesn’t. Some keys aren’t even straight or placed in properly. It is very light. But almost too light.

UI just doesn’t seem as intuitive and is almost annoying at times. Constant “update” pop ups that take 1/4 of the screen. Maybe this is just widows 11.
4/10 I did see some.people were receiving SATA and not SSD. I received the SSD… so theres that.
Over all this is maybe a 4.5/10 on a good day. Today is not that day.

Not a powerhouse machine, but light, long battery life and lots of RAM and HDD space. 1 TB SSD (not a SATA as a previous reviewer claimed came with their machine). This laptop was a good deal for my needs. I used my last laptop for six years. Fell asleep with it on my lap last week, woke up, shifted, and it hit the floor and promptly died after a hard knock to the screen. It was time for a new one anyway: couldn’t run Windows 11 on the old one.
The machine arrived brand new in box and exactly as described: I’m very happy with this laptop, even though there’s a big gap between this one and fancier models. It does what I need it to do and doesn’t feel at all lacking, and the portability vs my old gaming laptop means I’ll be much more likely to carry this one around. Looks great too!

I held off for 10 years and did not buy a laptop to replace my updated one, then finally had to due to driver issues. This one is light, compact, screen is beautiful and works perfect for my photo editing. I waited for too long, and will be looking to upgrade much faster in the future!!
