It’s a great buy , got my money worth.
The screen isn’t actual like that its because I took the pic off my phone so it made the screen look of bad quality. They are great. I would buy again 🙂

This is A Great Laptop I’m currently using it for school I wanted to download the sims game on it but it’s not allowing me because of some error I might have to call tech support but other than that it’s really for school and so far so good!

ive been using this laptop for 2 months now, it is super fast, battery life is awesome. the only this I am not satisfied with is the memory space, however that flaw is on me and not the company ” make sure to check the specs before purchase”

I don’t play games on this computer. I just use this for school and work purposes. The laptop came undamaged. It works. It came with Microsoft (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and many others). I couldn’t ask for more, but I know that I’ll have to buy an anti-malware to prevent my laptop getting messed up after a year.

I am happy with my purchase of this hp laptop. With the Amazon Prime subscription, I paid $169.00 altogether. This price includes taxes. The reason why I purchased the laptop is for college. My 2011 laptop runs on Windows 7, and I needed a back-up computer for classes and binge-watching Netflix. For any student I would recommend obtaining the free Windows 365 subscription and signing on later with your school email. I received a prompt to add a credit card at the beginning for the 1-month subscription to 365 with the setup tutorial. If someone were to skip this there are alternatives for adding a credit card. It is possible to download the 2016 Word addition for free as well.
I enjoyed the voice activated tutorial at the beginning; I was able to set up my Wi-Fi password quickly. Also, I downloaded Google Chrome as well. The sync properties on Chrome allowed me to sync my favorites and history from my 2011 laptop. The laptop is so fast; it takes seconds to load the homepages and Word documents. Just for fun I purchased a very cheap, 20-inch television from the thrift store and hooked the hp laptop up via the HD HDMI cord slot. Now there are two screens. This is helpful for writing papers and binge-watching Netflix. So far, the laptop works great, and I would recommend this product for anyone.

Okay, so I have to revise this review, after having this PC for over 1-2 years.. I’ve already replaced it because this little guy, has a bunch of BIG problems, and I cannot recommend this as a budget friendly PC, in fact, I’m not even really sure why HP continues to produce such a device.

First things first, the Disk Space, comes in at a messily 32 GB, that is pathetic for a PC by any standards, your phone probably has more storage then that, as soon as you boot up the PC, you’re going to need to do some updates, after that’s all completed, you’ll have roughly about 5-10 GB of free storage. I thought at first an SD card or a external disk drive would help resolve this issue, but the PC is SLOW regardless.

When i first bought it, it ran games very smoothly, but now, after updates and all, the PC can’t even handle a simple flash game without lag and stutter, you cannot even watch a YouTube video without it lagging on you, don’t even think about browsing more then 1 web page. This is all at fault of the poor 4 GB of RAM, which for those that don’t know, the more RAM your PC has, the better it will run. I highly recommend you get yourself a budget PC with at least 8GB or RAM on it. I can’t even recommend this PC as a budget friendly PC, it just is not a good choice. For $299 you get 32gb of Disk Space and 4 GB of RAM, I got my Gateway PC at Walmart for the same price but with 512GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. Please for the life of you look for something better, this isn’t it, if your looking for a budget PC, spend that extra $100 it’s going to serve you well in the long run, other wise your going to be $500 out of pocket like I am! There isn’t even enough storage space on the PC to do a factory reset! You cannot even reset the PC because the lack of storage.

I want set it straight, this is not Amazons fault, this isn’t their product it’s HP, this is not a good PC, not even a good casual one, please skip this one and do yourself a favor and go the extra and throw in that $100 for a good reliable PC, it will be worth it! I don’t wish the troubles and frustration I had with this PC on anyone.

Needed this to replace larger lap top that was stolen. and did not want to pay too much. Still learning ins and outs. Major disadvantage was that it came with Windows 10s, which meant I could not download anything that wasn’t Windows (for school purposes I presume) I finally found a web site that illustrated how to remove the (S) part. I’m still trying to figure out wireless printing. Prints fine when connected. This syncs to my cell phone and serves my purposes fine. I’m not in school or business, just a retired Grandma.
