A nice surprise was am auto shut off when not in use; just push one of the buttons to restart when you turn on the computer. No info about this on the instructions. Color was a little duller than pictured but good.

I chose this mouse because of the colour – I hate black and grey stuff. It was a good buy, comfortable under my hand, works well, on/off switch underneath, and an automatic cut-out if mouse not used for 7 minutes so economical on battery life (uses 2 triple-A batteries). It’s the first time I’ve not had a wired mouse; a little USB thingy is stored in the empty battery compartment which you take out and plug into your laptop which then enables the mouse to work. I’ve only had it a few days so can’t comment on its staying power.

I couldn’t get used to the laptop setting a mouse is more my speed bur the wire was always in the way. This mouse is perfect, no wire, small absolutely perfect.

I like the feel of the mouse, the functions all work, in my opinion it just lacks a slight texture to the thumb area as well as the ring finger rest area. Right now I feel I have to keep adjusting it in my palm as it feels like it wants to slide out of my grasp. Maybe once some use and dirt accumulate on it, it’ll feel more secure. A slight texture would make this a solid winner to me.

I got the red version but it comes in a variety. The red has a mat finish and look great. Operation is smooth and has a good fit to my hand. A friend of mine who is left handed said it work fine for him and is very comfortable with it. The sleep function is nice and will help save your battery life. No downside I can think of.

This mouse works well for small to medium hands. It shuts off after 7 minutes of unuse. That’s ok if you are using it a lot. But, if you move then read then move then read, you will have to remember to click the mouse before you can find it again and get it turned on. The 1200 dpi is nice and speeds the movement when you make a lot of long strokes such as screen to screen. The buttons on left side that let you scroll forward and back from page to page is a nice touch. That works great for web surfing or zooming around Amazon.

What can you say about a computer mouse? You remove the back cover of the mouse, remove the transmitter from its holder, insert the two AAA batteries into the mouse, and replace the back cover. Next, insert the USB compatible transmitter into an available computer USB port on the computer, wait about ten seconds to be certain the mouse is recognized by the CPU, and start to use it. It either works or it does not. If it does not work, first make certain the computer is turned on. If it is, double-check to make certain you have moved the switch on the back of the mouse to the ON position. If that does not work, check to make certain the transmitter is correctly inserted into the USB port. If it is, remove the back of the computer mouse, and make certain the batteries are correctly inserted into their seats. If they are, and the mouse still does not work, trying another set of fresh, unused batteries. If that does not work, then it is time to log back into Amazon to return or exchange it.
