My issues aren’t with the console itself, but with what actually arrived and the inability of Amazon or Microsoft to make it right. When the package arrived, it had been opened, the battery that were supposed to come with the package were gone, the cords were unpacked and the game that was supposed to come with the bundle had already been claimed… Amazon said to talk to Microsoft about the game, Microsoft said to “follow the directions on the screen” (because they obviously thought I hadn’t thought of that) and no one was able or willing to address the elephant in the room that the package had obviously been opened and rifled through.

The xbox x series has been living up to its reputation as a top tier console system. I haven’t tried playing with a external storage unit as so far it says anything geared toward playing specifically on thos system has to be installed on internal drive. Have to wait to get a newer external hard drive and see if it’s workable for the newer games. I had ordered one from another seller and immediately returned it without much doing then unboxing. That seller sent the xbox box loose in another box that was old and the tape must of been old also as it was splitting easily. THIS seller sent the xbox in the xbox box in another box that fitted it snugly. I felt very confident with how this was shipped. This lends confidence that the seller handles their products respectfully if not professionally. The only thing I’d change would be the shipping company, USPS tracking is unfortunately subpar. Even still, item was shipped quickly adarrived as expected. AWESOME SELLER

It’s better than the Xbox One that I had previously it’s more powerful and I can play all my games on it thank you very much I don’t care how much I paid for it I’m a veteran so I spend money like that 😄😄😄, AND I CAN’T WAIT FOR ASSASSIN’S CREED CODENAME RED TO COME OUT I’M GETTING THAT IMMEDIATELY, 😜 BECAUSE I WAS STATIONED IN SOUTH KOREA FOR MY FIRST DUTY STATION BEFORE THE WAR

If you’re buying an X Box, this is the Cadillac version.
Don’t shy away from discs, it’s truly the only way to actually own the games you buy. Making digital purchases are tied to your account, but if your internet goes out, there is no way to verify account details and nothing works.
This version also comes with the largest internal storage so you can have quite a few games installed at the same time.
It also has the highest video output quality compared to its lesser brethren S model among other features:
The X runs at 12 tfps vs the S at 4 tfps The X outputs 4096 (4k) image vs the S at 1440 The X has a 4k Blu-ray drive vs the S has no drive The X outputs 8k HDR vs the s, which does not. (Advertising says it is capable, but the truth is that most companies don’t make the effort or optimize for it)

It’s fast. Works as advertised. Enjoying it but games are pricey. Twice what they used to be a year ago. Downloads go from 30 gigs to 130 gigs. Enjoy if you get one but data usage is huge so you know. Diablo 4 is a pretty sweet game don’t care what people say.

Xbox X speaks for itself… it is a great gaming system. Nothing I say will change whether you buy it or not. This seller on the other hand are honest, good people and I will buy from them again. I received my Xbox Diablo in a new, untampered box with a broken hdmi cable (no big deal). I called Microsoft and they told me to contact the seller “it wasn’t their fault”. I thought that I’d be out the cost of a high speed hdmi cable but I contacted 4 games and they bent over backwards and gave me a new one over night. For something in my opinion couldn’t gave been their fault, they went out of their way to make it right. Says a lot. Wish them all the best. Thanks!

Late 360 adopter, day one Xbox One adopter, finally upgraded our main console to the Series X during the less-than-impressive Black Friday sale. The fact that it is fairly much backward compatible with the Xbox One is the way to go – it felt less painful knowing I had a full library of games just by moving the external drive to the new console.
