I messed up. I bought this for my 52 year old husband for father’s day. It came with a target, which he cast aside in favor of the recently painted wall. Why, you ask? I was not expecting this tiny thing to be as powerful as it is. From about 8ft (2.43m) it is able to pierce cardboard. Definitely not a toy. Some of the arrows curve in the air, but I expected that. Some of them are amazingly accurate. Worth the purchase for a novelty item. Now to find where to buy more arrows and a mini quiver to carry them.

Great little item to play with but it’s not a toy. Practice on a cardboard target. I’ve had the arrows stick in wood and even took out a mouse with this. It’s a ton of fun but definitely not a toy.

I got these for multiple family members Christmas presents (celebrated a bit late). That basically derailed the show, as they broke out and started to shoot at anything and everything (thankfully keeping the metal tips off).
These things are constructed very well. They’re brutally effective without the tips, and potentially dangerous with the tips (which is why I got them lol). All in all, a fantastic gift. I hope to find a similarly captivating device next year!
