  1. A Thing

I literally only bought this phone because my Moto E4 Plus was no longer supported by the Amazon and FitBit app, if they hadn’t I woulda kept my old 2017 phone.

Deciding to stick with Moto, because my last phone was good to me, I read a review for the Moto G Stylus (2022), that said one of the key functions wasn’t included with it (not having the tiny arrow to go back) because of that I decided to go with this phone since that function was awesome and handy.
The battery life isn’t as good, but still lasts about 2 days on a full charge, the charging is a bit slow on it, usually my battery is drained to 60-70% from full daily.

My only negative besides the battery life, is a few of my pictures have come out weird, for example I took a picture @ my gym and one of my fingers ended up looking very weird as shown on the picture above, that might’ve been caused by the lighting and has only happened 1-2 times so something to be aware of.

Overall I’m pretty happy with it, it has all the functions I want without breaking my bank.

Seems to work great, using it with Patriot mobile and it works fine, if your looking for a decent phone and dont want to spend 500 to a thousand bucks its great, I was fully expecting amazon garbage (as usual) but its a ok.

My dads old phone had a bad battery and did not last him anymore. I bought him this phone and he loves that the battery lasts him all day. Thats pretty much what he likes most lol. IDK much about the features, but the price was really cheap for a smartphone with a decent processor.

I have purchased the Moto G phones in the last 8-9 years. I’m not too demanding with my phones and I don’t want too spend too much on something I constantly use (and drop). The Moto G series has a decent quality, most of the phones lasted me 1-2 years, usually either I damage them (75% of times it involves water) or the battery starts lasting only half a day.

The Moto G 5G it’s a decent quality middle range phone, exactly what I need; it’s not fancy, it’s not top off line performant, but it does the job.

The camera isn’t the best in low light, but for casual daily photos and videos it’s perfect for me. Most certainly it’s an improvement over the older versions I had, but not to the level of high end phones.
The display has a good resolution, but I’m not the type to mind over 1080p vs 4K vs 5K.

At least for now the battery lasts almost two days of regular use, although I usually charge it at the end of each day. The rapid charge works perfectly.

I don’t know how water repellent it really is (I have dropped in water previous versions and let’s say they didn’t lasted long after that), but I had use them in rain and snow sparingly without issues.

I hate AT&T and it works perfectly (off course, where AT&T has coverage).

Since my old phone was also a Moto G, the data / app transfer was almost seemingly, in a couple of hours I was completely setup.

The annoying part is how fast Motorola stops supporting new Android version on it’s phones. My old Moto G worked just fine, but it was stuck on an old Android version and I couldn’t do any updates. I couldn’t install some applications, especially work related ones, so I had to get this new one.

    4 1/2 stars …
I’m coming from a Samsung S8, which I love but it’s starting to get sluggish after 4 years. But it was perfect size. Finding another phone that small is next to impossible these days.

After doing a lot of looking at reviews and what I was looking for in a phone, I decided not to break my bank and take a chance on a Motorola. This phone has everything that my other phone had plus more space, especially when you use an extra micro SD card. I’m still trying to figure out the quality of the camera. It seems much better than my old phone, but it’s definitely not up to a brand name high-end system camera.

Didn’t have any problem transferring over my information for my old phone to this. Just took a cable to hook up a phones and switched everything over. Then put in the SIM card in it was up and running. The only thing I had to do was verify my Google account and my Verizon account. I only went to Verizon to look for a case for this phone and the manager told me he only carries things for high-end phones. And I thought to myself, how rude. Not everyone wants to pay $1,000 for brand name Samsung or iPhone or anything else. Even though I will probably go back to a Samsung later on. It’s just not my thing at the moment. So I am satisfied with the Moto g 5G for the time being.

Battery life has been exceptional. I can go two days without charging. That’s with not watching videos or playing online games. Haven’t had any issues really. I’m just trying to get used to having such a big phone. And they don’t seem to make the case that I like that has the double-sided clear silicone covers on it. But it’s not a game changer.

I love this phone. Phones are so expensive. I was also having issues with other phones and storage. This phone has so much storage. Such a good deal!
