My third Moto (none of which were top of the line.) It did say Verizon when I turned it on, but it’s completely unlocked and it works great with Tracfone using their sim card. I haven’t seen the word Verizon since.
I bought this for the features. It’s lightning fast and that’s a real pleasure. Moto makes transferring to a new phone easy; this was a breeze! The images on the screen are sharp and colorful, and the camera works great. Online games load quickly. This has the best game images I’ve ever seen on a phone.
That said, at first, the phone was noisy; I don’t like a noisy phone (one of the reasons I gave up on an iPhone). I managed to turn off most of the noise, so I’m okay with it now. I don’t like the Emergency Contact feature, as there’s no way to avoid it; it constantly reminds one to fill it out.
Online, the ice blue color is gorgeous. In person, to me and friends, it looks plain gray. We’re seniors; maybe it’s our eyes; I wish I could see that color!
I’m glad I bought this phone, and I’m very happy with it.

This is my second Moto G. I switched over from iPhones and I’ve now saved a fortune over the years. In terms of performance these are definitely on the economy side — but they’re REALLY good for the price. The screen looks nice. Both Moto Gs were very durable in basic cases. (Both were dropped multiple times that easily could have broken but they didn’t!)
The screen is large and easy to read. The battery charge is SPECTACULAR and I never have to worry about using the internet too much…
I love the mostly stock UI, it doesn’t have a lot of weird overlay stuff like Samsungs. The screen is more sensitive than an iPhone so it’s good to be a little careful with your touches… And I wouldn’t consider this a good phone for cell phone gaming.
But for using social media and all other applications from email to documents to anything that’s not a game — it’s great. And for the price? Probably the best deal available.

Albeit the moto power g 2022 version isn’t necessarily a flagship product of Motorola’s lineup, I thought for sure it would be a quantum leap over my older Cricket Moto Supra I purchased several years ago. NOT. It’s disappointingly slow, stutters when scrolling and in general the updated OS to Android 12 is a letdown as well. Ugly operating system. No pizazz or zing here. Black and white settings dialogue. Quite archaic really. I opted for the 128 gb internal memory which is a leap over the measly 32 gigs on my Supra. But internet connection speed is no faster. Browsing is no faster. Apps don’t open any quicker. I think RAM is a gig better on the power g than my old Supra. But it doesn’t show it in speed. I’m keeping it merely because the moto 5 g (which I’m sure is better all around than my new power g) requires 5g network and that’s a while off imo. Plus cricket charges more for 5g coverage. Btw, the power g I purchased is unlocked and works good with my provider, Cricket. The power g phone case is fine. It’s slender and the screen has good viewing area. I chose ice blue in color. Although you could add a sd card to my Supra, for some reason I could never reduce the amount of data too much from my sim card to make the sd card internal memory worth the effort, the Power g allows for an sd card as well. But with 128 gigs of storage I’m hoping to avoid running out of memory. The features of the power g have nothing over my cricket Supra. In short I basically bought a new phone that could offer more memory. It’ll do for a while until I can upgrade to a newer phone with 5 g.

I would have given a 5, BUT…It came with the wrong charger and I had to buy another one from Amazon.

The promotion promised a three day battery life. I upgraded from Moto 6S to this Moto G 2022. I was excited to get a better battery. It isn’t, it is about the same as my Moto 6S
The processor is a little sluggish like her sister.
However these Moto phones are excellent phones from the Day go. I dropped my Moto 6 several times, gave her a bath, stream Mobile Hotspot from it daily and slept with it. Before, I also had the Motorola Razor, it was way more expensive, but I that one too. I put a nice heavy phone case on it and it looks and feels great.
My Moto 6 lasted over three years and I still use it on my home WiFi. My major reason for purchasing the new one was for the promised three day battery life, other than that I would still be using this Moto 6.
If you short on funds, can’t afford the newer version and you can manage on less storage, buy the Moto 6S.
Moto G has facial recognition, the pin lock or the fingerprint. This phone is just as good as an iPhone most of the time. My friends don’t know how to use them anyway.
This phone has excellent documents app and storage to the device or Google.
I have had this phone several months and I returned because I know it is hard and expensive to get a great phone. This is it, you can conference calls in, place calls on hold. It also has a Call screen which Spammers hate. It prompts the caller to identify who they are before the user will answer.
There is plenty space to add your games.
Seniors, Students and low Budget Peeps, get this phone; It is almost time for a new version, this one will be cheaper, you can get it at tax refund time for less. There isn’t that many more Bells and Whistles the everyday person will need. You can download Apps to enhance your photos.

It’s great for the price. I’ve ordered this phone multiple times and only ended up ever having to stop using one because I’d dropped it too many times. Maybe get a case.
The battery is accurate, that thing lasts for days. Unlocked, so you can just throw your sim card in there. Setup is very easy especially if you’re synced with Google from a previous phone, I had pretty much all my content from my last phone minutes after taking this one out of the box.
Would recommend. I went ahead and got the larger storage model this time, but I’ve yet to implement much of it.
