I tried 2 different SIM cards from 2 different carriers. With one it will not work at all. With the other it will make phone call and text but no internet. When I go in and change network settings you can’t make phone calls or text but you can go online. When I tried to return I had to have all the original packaging and I didn’t because it was a gift so it was thrown away before we found out the phone was a dud. If you do decide to take a chance and order this phone. Make sure you keep everything that you got down to the papers that were in the box because they’re gonna want it back if you want a refund!!!

Phone is not truly unlock so read before, but I did read it and T-Mobile was not on the list so I got it. I was going to only use it as a back up and all I did when I got it was to made sure it work but didn’t try the SIM card because all the unlock phones I have purchased from Amazon have work without any problems . So when I did need to use it after roughly 6 months after purchase it didn’t work with my carrier and since it was past the return date I was stuck with a phone I can’t use and that they can’t do anything about it even tho T-Mobile was not on the list of carriers that didn’t work on the phone.

Overall the phone itself is great I just feel I got hustled because it’s not a factory reset it’s literally day reset a company’s phone and sold it to me so it glitches the lot but the phone itself is amazing
