    el celular fue comprado el 31 de mayo y se entrego 1 mes despues por problemas logísticos de amazon, lógicamente la garantía para el cliente comienza a partir del momento de entrega pero ahora el celular no funciona y dicen que no, que es apartir de que ellos se lo entregan a amazon y amazon dice que es el proveedor el responsable de la garantía y el proveedor dice que ya pasaron los 4 meses cuando apenas van a pasar los 3, entonces dinero perdido.

    ACTUALIZACIÓN: El celular dice que es contra el agua pero no, al ser renewed en algún momento fue abierto y no sellaron bien la tapa, por lo que el agua le entró y se quemo. Primera y última vez que compro algo que no es de proveedor original

    I really appreciated the extremely fast 1-day express overnight shipping. Before I could even order cases for the phones they were at my front door.

    I ordered two of these monsters. Both came looking almost flawless with only a very small chip on the back of one of them. The screens were perfect. One of them even came with a really cool screen protector already built in.

    The only problem I have run into is that only one of the phones is capable of receiving updates. I was able to update one to Android 13 but not the other, which is still stuck on Android 12. Not sure the cause of this. But it’s not a deal-breaker.

    I would definitely recommend anyone to buy these phones! Thanks!

    Product is good. No complaints once I got a working one. I bought two. One had a bad NFC reader. Contacted seller and they were quick to get a replacement. It also was defective. They eventually replaced that too and that device has been good.

    I’m trying to be fair because initially it was one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I think somewhere along the way there was misunderstanding. I ended up paying for a third device to prove I wasn’t trying to scam them. When they got back the second replacement they refused to refund the third one because they claimed I damaged it. I don’t know I could have. I didn’t have it long enough and it wasn’t fully functional from the start (so I agree it’s broken but not by me). They fought me until finally the credit card company refunded the device. To be clear, I ended up with only the two devices I bought initially but they tried to keep a payment for a third. Malice or greed, I’m not sure but they went from best support to worst very quickly.

    Phone came in with no scratches, dents or cracks. Only thing that was slightly off was the battery life which did not last as long as I thought it would. It will still last all day however. Good product and came in as advertised.

     El celular estaba genial pero cuando lo estaba abriendo noté que la tapa trasera estaba un poco despegada y no le di importancia, el problema empezó 3 días después cuando abrí Facebook derrepente la app se congelo y el sistema entro en un bucle de reinicio hasta que concluyo en apagado permanente. Ya se procedió con la devolución.

    I have been a Samsung user for years. I bought this to replace my Galaxy S8+ and felt it was a fantastic upgrade. My main reason for purchase was the better cameras. The fingerprint reader is…flawed poorly designed doesn’t really work (with or without screen protector) but you get over it. Iris detection for the win. The phone I received from Edge Cellular looked fine and was easy to add to my plan, move my data over.
    I always keep my phone in good cases and with screen protectors. Phone worked fantastic from April until October (6 months). At which point I had set it on the coffee table after checking a text.. minutes later I picked it up.. and the screen was dead. Completely black. Still had power.. still provided alarms (for days)..but completely unusable. Phone recovery people informed me it was a common issue and to fix it at this point was close to cost of replacement. Amazon phones come with a 90 day warranty.
    I am hopeful mine was a lemon. Here is to hoping yours isn’t… or you buy additional coverage 🙂

    I bought this particular phone for several reasons. Believe me, I did my research. I have been a Samsung fan for over 15 years owning tvs, monitors, and phones. This purchase did not disappoint. It handles gaming, browser research, bill paying, and texting or phone calls (video or not) all at the same time without hesitation. There is plenty of memory (128gb) and an SD card slot for any needed expansion. I cannot say enough about the camera system! I will not need another camera source any time soon. Amazing! It is a little big, but I find that to be less than a problem. The battery lasts forever as well and recharges quickly. Best phone ever!
    11/7/22: BUYER BEWARE! AMAZON HAS UPDATED THEIR RETURN POLICY. ANYTHING OVER $300 TAKES 30 DAYS TO PROCESS AND REFUND. I purchased a second Ultra 20 to replace the first defective one as I was misled to believe that 7 days was all the time it would take to be refunded my $395.00 for the defective one. Their customer service consists of their front line phone answering service being backed by a, final, line of supervisors. It is impossible to resolve an issue past this point as there is NO ONE for the supervisors to defer to. The buck stops with them. My return sits languishing in Las Vegas, Nevada while I spoke with two different supervisors in Seattle, Washington. There is no other option for customers to follow up with. If the customer is unhappy, then , so be it. This poor attention to a very important detail has me pulling my patronage from Amazon as a company. While this is only a drop in their big bucket, I cannot, in good conscience, continue to utilize their services on principle. Take from this what you may.
    UPDATE: I received my $395 investment within 3 weeks. However, had I not called several times and closely monitored the status of my return one wonders how long it would have been before I received the refund for the defective phone.

    I tried this phone as renewed and loved how fast it was but maybe its that I am used to average phones or not but the screen seems so bright and a bit overdone? I changed the display to natural but not to my liking. The photos were great but I prefer iphone photos more. The important thing is the design of this phone makes it look so outdated and bad.

    The phone is over all functioning well. Minor scratches nothing to complain about however the charger that came with the phone is trash. I had to use my old charger.

    I’d like to start off by saying the reason I returned the phone was a hardware issue where the main camera isn’t able to focus. The wide field camera and the 100X zoom camera work fine, but the main camera seems to be “stuck” and cannot focus on anything.

    The reason I’m giving this phone a negative review is because of the version being sold. It is the Version variant of the S20 Ultra. I get an annoying message every time my phone reboots that I do not have a Verizon sim card in the phone. There are also unremovable Verizon apps, and default Verizon locks on settings. This is very frustrating as the phone is sold by a Canadian company to Canadian customers. Why are you selling a US phone here? It makes no sense. I wouldn’t recommend anybody in Canada to buy this phone.
