Great Value – I will never buy an overpriced phone from a service provider again.
I have purchased refreshed Samsung phones for myself, my son, and my mother-in-law.
Cut the leash from your cell phone provider and pay cash to get freedom.

The phone was in awesome condition. Battery is amazing and lasts more than 24 hours on a single charge. Only think to note for me was the original Samsung Charging cube and wire were not provided. Sometimes the phone does not “fast charge” possibly because the original charger is not used (after market charger provided with phone)
still great value for money and would recommend to a friend.

So the phone looks brand new and no scratches, but the only bad thing is the sim card, it doesn’t come with a sim card

The phone is in excellent condition from what I can see. The only thing is the fingerprint reader doesn’t work for some of my apps.
Shelly –
Wasn’t sure what to expect from “acceptable condition” but am pleasantly surprised. It arrived lightning fast and works great. The charger is Motorola charger so would prefer a better one, oh well.

I’ve been using this for 15 months, and the device work flawlessly, as it is supposed to. I paid ~$520 for it in Sep/21, today at the time of this review it cost about half of what I paid for.
Pros:
– Already on Android 13;
– Very good display with decent size;
– CPU/RAM are as fast as it gets;
– Radios (5G/WiFi/Bluetooth/NFC) are really really Fast;
– Camera is top notch, on par with (or even better than) the latest iPhone, Pixel or Xiaomi;
– Samsung software is stable and well rounded off;
– Samsung DeX works better than I expected to;
– Very Fast USB-C 3.2 transfer speeds;
Neutral:
– Charging speeds could be better;
– No IR Blaster, what a shame, would be really useful;
– This one is Locked to T-Mobile (but can be used by it’s subcarriers like MetroPCS aswell)
Cons:
– If you plan to unlock this device for anything other than T-Mobile, oh boy, you are in for a Ride. After 15 months using this phone, it’s still jailed to them. Went thru many support agents, took it to T-Mobile stores, and they couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. Had to pay $110 on those unlocking stores.
– On-screen fingerprint sensor SUCKS, even more if you use a screen protector. The back or the side are the correct place for fingerprint sensors.
– Battery is Ok-ish and can give you a full day (~10h) of battery, but you need to put almost everything to sleep, constantly close apps and have battery savings turned on 24/7. If you don’t watch your usage, battery goes of in half a day (~5h) or less;
– No microSD slot, I have to delete or offload stuff about twice a month;
– No 3.5mm Jack, only take Bluetooth headphones;
– Samsung Pay dropped it most useful Magnetic Strip feature on this phone, which was being able to do Payments on Card machines that don’t take NFC, and I bought this phone looking for this feature;
With that being said, if you need a good all-rounder, at current price, this is the way to go.
Malley –
No issue work perfectly

Arrived not in OG box but a cardboard box taped closed. That was where the buying used experience ended. This phone looks like it is brand spanking new and battery life is great.
