Phone arrived a day sooner than expected. Seller used overnight shipping from fedex. Camera quality is amazing! Definitely my favorite part of the phone. Battery life isn’t great. I usually have to charge it in the afternoon. Body has some pretty sever scuffs. Looks like it was dropped pretty hard on concrete There was a sticker covering the damage, but once removed it is very obvious. And screen has some deep scratches. Wouldn’t say the body is in excellent condition, but operation on the phone is. Charger that came with phone works very well, not a Samsung charger though, I’m okay with it. Takes the phone roughly 2 and a half hours to fully charge. Switched from an iPhone 11 pro max, and wow is this phone an upgrade! I selected the sliver color, but received the purple. Doesn’t matter to me because it will always have a case on it. Phone was fully unlocked and I had no issues connecting it to cricket.

This was a great offer for the price. I purchased this phone as a refurbished phone. However it looks, appears, and functions as if it is brand new. I am very satisfied with this product. I am always kind of scared and hesitant of purchasing electrical high tech items. But this was well worth the buy. Thank You

Battery life less then desired. Down to 25% in less than 36 hours. This may be a design issue not related to the remanufactured status of this phone. Not including a sim removal key in the box caused much grief for this gimpy fingered user

I love my new phone especially the color it’s so beautiful it looks brand new besides the minor scratches on the gold camera in my photos. The screen size is perfect!! The only thing that I would change about this phone would be where the speaker is located I usually talk on speaker phone and when I stand my phone up the person on the other line cannot hear me and I can’t really hear them. Why not put 2 speakers on the phone an additional speaker on the side would have been perfect 👌🏼 The battery life seems fine and the camera captures beautiful photos. Samsung is my favorite I just wish they would have thought the speaker placement through, especially since we don’t have a earbuds slot nor SD slot A additional speaker wouldn’t have hurt.

The charger died after 1 hour of use, It burnt up and I wasn’t at home while it remained plugged into my power bar so that could have costed me my home. Do not use the charger that came with the phone because this experience alone is very serious. ( I know it was about 1 hour of use because I didn’t notice until a couple hours later that my phone didn’t completely charge even though it had ample time to do so (about 2 hours worth of time ) )
The phone it self came with a few nicks as I had purchased the “excellent condition” option which is okay because otherwise the phone was only very slightly dirty on the edges but no scratches/dent/marks/anything to make the phone NOT “excellent condition”.
The phone comes with 2 pieces of paper, one explaining how its “unlocked” and another that says its from verizon. It is completely unlocked and worked with metro which is a T-mobile network so it should realistically work for others on GSM networks aswell.

I decided to wait a few days before writing my review…and my phone came from RE-CELL.
First off, I ordered this the Friday before Labor Day. Estimated arrival date was the following Friday. They shipped it the VERY NEXT DAY (Saturday). So, I had high hopes of getting it early. I was pleasantly surprised to get it on Tuesday!
The condition was amazing. Not a scratch on it! I went into the phone info to confirm it actually was the s21+ with 256GB storage….and it is. I bought black because it was cheapest and I was getting a case anyway. It came with a charging cord, wall plug, and the tool to open the SIM card door.
No issues with setting up and it’s unlocked so I saw the change right away in my phone plan.
Battery lasts all day with lots of use, unlike my old phone. I also appreciate that it was packaged snugly to avoid damage during delivery.
Great phone and great job by RE-CELL on the fast delivery! Definitely recommend.
