Delivery was fast from Amazon. Was happy to see the 250 evoucher redemption card with free 1 year extension offer. Submitted the redemption, waited for 1 week then got rejected. Received another email from Amazon on a mistake redemption QR code without free warranty extension, tried to submit again, waited for another few days. Got rejected again by Samsung said incomplete upload of receipt. Tried again to upload and then another rejection. I wonder who is trying to test our patience. If Samsung what to play hard on this, then pls stop doing the promo. The phone itself is ok but battery life is not as good as advertised. I don’t see it has more battery life than my old note9 after a good 4 years of usage. Very disappointed with Samsung!

We split our time between homes in the United States and Spain. We maintain cell phone numbers in both countries. For that reason, a dual SIM phone is crucial. With this version of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, we’re covered with both numbers no matter where we go.
The phone is great. There are other dual SIM phones on the market, but it’s the camera on this one that makes it the one we had to have. Photos are gorgeous and the 10x optical zoom means we’re not compromising on photo quality by defaulting to the phone as our primary camera.
All of our apps work flawlessly. Speed isn’t an issue. At this early point, battery life is incredible – easily more than a day even with a lot of video and audio streaming.
The best phone we’ve ever had, and hope to have it for many years to come.

It is important to read the comments! It was too late, I had already bought the device! Today 11/13/23 I received the device, I notice on the edges that it seems the device is not new! The edge of the device has a small scratch that is not immediately noticeable, I started reading the comments and apparently I saw a comment saying that it is not compatible with Cricket! Oh surprise it’s true! I tried my cricket chip and it is not compatible! is a gotcha! I will return the device today! Amazon should remove you from here, it is a store that lies to its customers! In the description it says that it is unlocked but that is a lie! I’ll leave a photo so you can see that it’s true!After checking the device for 10 minutes, the battery percentage went too low! When I turned it on it had %54, after 10 minutes it went to %48 and it also heats up quickly!

If you ever have Sim card issues be sure to go to your carrier and get a new one compatible with this phone!! It will say “emergency calls only” or no signal… Get a new Sim card!!!! This seller is genuine, learn to use Amazon and how to get in contact and maybe you’ll know it’s not bull…i talked with them. Now I have to just get a case😂😂😂 10/10 would buy from again 🤙 after my own errors, it was resolved. NOTHING wrong with the phone at all!!!

T-Mobile said the phone I received could not be added to their network and shows up as the wrong phone in their system. This might be common but the person I spoke to had never seen it before. Sounds like a scam. Returned the phone.

ボロボロの長旅をしてきたダンボールに、入って来ますが、中身はどこも傷がはなく普通に新品の物が入って配達予定日の初日に届きました。
ただし…海外版ですので、NFC(お財布ケータイ等)は搭載していません。マイナンバーカードの読み取り等も出来ません。
海外版は、写真を取る際のシャッター音が小さく、消音モード時には全くの無音になるという利点もあり、食べ物屋さんで映える写真を気兼ねなく撮ることも出来て良いです。
USBCtoCコードが入ってますので、別途購入しなくても古い機種から全データを素早く移す事が出来ます。
日本で買えば20万オーバーの機種ですが、こちらは消せないキャリアのプリインアプリもなく全メモリーをゲームに、写真に使えて最高としか言えません。(一部Windows、SAMSUNGの消せないアプリもありますが…)
280g程の重量が有りかなり重いので、手首に自信が有り、最強のAndroid機種をお求めの方は是非！
