This is a reconditioned unlocked phone. Other than a few scratches it’s in great shape. I bought it for international travel, so once or twice a year if I go overseas I just buy a sim card with unlimited phone and just enough data for what I need. Was in UK and put in local Sim card and it worked great. Battery life was great, guessing they put in a new one when reconditioned.

So Im sure the phone would be ok if it actually worked. I tried to contact someone but they said there is nothing that can be done. Well dont sell a product that doesnt work first of all. Sounds like a good plan to me. I wouldnt be mad if they replaced it but getting told sorry nothing we can do is complete BS. When I say run Im talking about from the company.

I reorderd and received the correct unlocked phone. Have not used it much yet but can report that it looks brand new and had a sticker conveniently placed on the back with the imei number which I then checked ofr compatibility.

Phone was a described. Unlocked and looked new. Only thing I could see was a few scuffs in the protective plastic wrap on the back. Otherwise screen looked new. Operation so far is like new.

Phone arrived in good to new cond. I guess I expected more from Samsung. Not even close to the S series on quality or apps. Functionality is somewhat lacking.
