This is the best vehicle vent phone cradle that I’ve found. I have 2 of these, with one more on the way. It’s easy to install, and the clamps hold well, with very good adjustment. I purchased one 2 years ago, and it ended up breaking near the clamp. I’m not sure why, but it didn’t stop me from ordering 2 more. I totally forgot about the warranty until I opened one of the new boxes and saw the warranty card inside. I contacted VANMASS customer service, and they quickly responded and are sending me a new one. I definitely recommend VANMASS and will order from them again.

I bought a pair of these last year for the family cars. These met my needs perfectly, and have proven well worth the money. What really stands out is the customer service, which is better than I have ever experienced before (Thanks Maggie!).
The product feels sturdy, appears made of solid plastic/metal/rubber, and is tightly constructed. It also appears to be built to repair, with screws instead of glue in some places. Replacement parts are hard to find though.
They come with two different ways to secure on the A/C vents, and are easy to install and hold very securely. The gimbal on the attach point ensures my phone is always oriented correctly. The plastic holding the gimbal to the phone mount may be a bit weak for the job, more on that later.
The phone clip is massive and supports my ridiculously large Samsung S22 Ultra and iPhone 11 Pro Max with no issues. It’s effortless to mount the phones–simply drop it in and squeeze the sides to secure it. The guides are deep and help minimize alignment problems I’ve experienced with other phone mounts. There’s a button on the back which opens the side clips and releases the phone. One quibble here–the clips are very slow to release, and sometimes require assistance to open fully–this could be because I’m operating at the edge of how far these clips open.
Service: I snapped the mounting clip off while trying to break the mount down to take on a road trip, and thought this item was done. Noticing it appeared to be a replaceable part that broke, I reached out to VANMASS to see if I could buy a new part. I expected to get some generic reply weeks or months later, and was shocked to receive a personal reply from a human almost immediately. Maggie from VANMASS responded right away, apologized for my issue and offered to replace my mount with no questions. I took a while to get back to her with my address, and she was very patient and still responded quickly to me. I live overseas, so it turned out she could not ship directly to me, which one might expect would be the end of it, but not for Maggie. She then authorized me to purchase another one, and refunded the purchase.
Maggie, you’ve made me a VANMASS customer for life, thanks for taking such good care of me. Great product, fantastic customer service.

It did last for 1 year and 3 months and during that time it remained steady and firmly clasped to my car’s air vent, but I finally removed the phone holder for a car cleaning and, as it has been with my past 4 car mounts, it would not attach as firmly as it had the first time. After removing and reattaching the phone holder the first time, the holder slid left and right very slightly but movement was noticeable nonetheless. I was able to drive with it like this for 2 more months without it falling off the vent, until I removed it a second time to really pay attention to how I was applying the holder as to restore its grip to its former glory, but after it’s now third application to my car’s air vent, the clamp was even more lose than it was after the second application. Regret set in as I told myself I shouldn’t have removed it the first time, but my car’s cleanliness is too important to me. When tightening the clamps to the vent for the third and final time, the plastic clamp broke rendering it incapable of ever securing to the vent again and the phone holder had to be retired
