I have another wireless mouse that takes a batter installed. It lasts much longer than this rechargeable one does. I have only had this one a couple of weeks and I find myself wanting to get one like the one that has a bater to install. Simply because I have not replaced the battery in it for about 6 months. This one only last about 3-4 days before needs a 2 hour charge. Its no wonder that many reviews are about the charging wire getting damaged, because you end up using it while is plugged in charging a lot.

It’s a good mouse but the battery didn’t last 2 days before needing a charge. I did charge it overnight before using it the first time. That’s the only complaint. It feels good in my hand, easy to connect and fits my lifestyle. Good value for the money.

I wanted a mouse I could keep in my home office that would connect immediately to my tablet/laptop without need to go into Bluetooth settings. This one does. It feels comfortable to use and the scroll wheel moves smoothly. I just wish it had the same functionality I have on a couple of other wireless mice I work with, namely instant wake upon moving (you have to click a button if in sleep mode) and extra buttons to return to home page and mute the speakers. I love the cycling lights although it does make it difficult to tell what DPI setting I just selected. For the amount I paid it is well worth it as a spare mouse. I would absolutely consider paying more if there was an upgraded version with more features.
